I needed an infected tooth pulled and was a nervous wreck. Dr Burchfield explained the procedure in a professional and calm way. He explains what's going on throughout the procedure. The assistant was wonderful too, knows her job well. In no time the tooth was out and I'm feeling so much better! The office staff also get an "A" rating. Location was Greenberg Dental in Eustis, FL
