Dr. Jones was patient, kind, understanding & has excellent bedside manners.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Mason-Jones has an appealing, calm manner. Scheduling was excellent, I did not have to wait a long time to see the doctor once I arrived, which is often the case with other doctor's offices. Would highly recommend.

Definitely not happy with her service. Found out today that when I went in for my annual and answered the basic question if I have any problems/concerns/issues I want to address, that she billed me. I was in for my annual. Basically what I learned is when my doctor or she ask me, because none of my other doctors do this - but when she asked me if there is anything I want to discuss, I should have said no. I even got an extra charge code on my annual mammogram. This NEVER happened with my previous OBGYN. What's the point of having a doctor if I can't ask questions about my health or even report a problem I'm having when my insurance is already paying for the visit. Better yet, why even ask. After over 20yrs of being a patient to that office, I will be looking elsewhere. I should have left when my OBGYN retired. Who charges a patient for answering or asking questions about their health during their annual "HEALTH" examination?!?!?!

I went to Dr.Toni recently and the office staff has changed. Which has made the visit more enjoyable. I was in the waiting for 10min. You must wear a mask. She answered all my questions. She never made me nervous about asking questions. Believe me I had tons.

Where do I start ?? Dr . Toni Mason-Jones & staff created such an AMAZING experience for me before and especially during my pregnancy . Professional, educated on different topics and overall made me feel extremely comfortable. I never had to wait long periods of time to get into my appointment or to receive a call back due to a concern or question I might of had . Dr . Mason- Jones is phenomenal ! she delivered my beautiful boy last week. She checked on me often while in hospital answering any and all questions. Informing me on what to expect next . Me and my family will forever be thankful . I have and will continue to recommend people to her practice!

She is the best OB-GYN I have ever experienced. I searched high and low for a Black HCP. Thank God I came across her information. Very attentive, caring, poised and professional. I literally cried at the thought of the possibility of delivering when she is not available. She made my pregnancy pleasant. Capital Woman’s Care people, Capital Woman’s Care people…give her a raise.

My Experience with Dr. Mason-Jones was very good. It was my first time to see her and she made me feel very comfortable. She did not make me feel rushed or that I asked "stupid " questions. She addressed my concerns very professionally! I would absolutely recommend her and this practice as well.

Dr Mason- Jones is very experienced and detailed at her job. She is very patient and a great listener. At no time I felt rushed. I would highly recommend her for women’s care.

So glad I chose Dr. Mason-Jones as my provider. She is amazing and attentive. I feel so relieved. It’s also good to have a black doctor with such amazing bad side manner providing my care. The staff were polite and everyone made me feel welcome.

She’s a phenomenal doctor !! She’s well educated and gives the best advices . She’s very patient and really listens to your problems and offers the right and best solutions . I highly recommends her she seen me throughout three pregnancy!!

Dr. Mason-Jones has a wonderful bedside manner. She's listens, doesn't rush you through your appointment. For me, she shows her care towards her patients. I've seen Dr. Jones for routine exams and she also performed my tuba ligation. I definitely would recommend her. Hind-sight, I wish she was the doctor who delivered my children. The only part I haven't cared for, is some experiences with the secretarial staff there.

I went to the doctor two weeks ago and have yet to receive my lab results while I sit with symptoms. I have called each day with no return call. There is only 4 people working in the office includig the doctor. The office manager is also the medical assistant, you can't do both. I had to make an appointment at another larger staffed office for help.

I love Dr. Mason-Jones and the entire office. Everyone is so kind and nurturing. They greet me by name every visit and check in based upon how I was doing since the last visit. The entire small staff in the Clinton office are extremely helpful!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Mason-Jones. She has excellent chair-side manner, she seemed genuinely interested in my well being, and I didn't feel rushed. The woman at the desk and the attendant nurse, Teresa, were also very congenial. Overall, a very pleasant experience. My wait time was extended by having to complete so many forms (the only drawback, but not unexpected with me being a new patient).

I wish Dr. Jones would pay more attention to her patients, it was more like a factory to get patients in to collect payments etc. My overall experience was horrible, the wait times were extremely long for a 5-10 minute appointment. I was admitted in the hospital for postpartum preeclampsia which resulted in heart failure, but this could've been avoided if the day before Dr. Jones would have taken the time to check on her patient. I have not been back since this incident and would not recommend.

OMG, where do I begin. Dr Jones was my ob/gyn more than 4 years, office went to he## in a gasoline basket last 2 years. Weeks to get refills/test results; weeks to get appointment; late bills; non return of calls. Phoned numerous times June to July 2016 for a refill on a hormone prescription (taken daily)...never received a call back UNTIL November 2016 (still have voice recording). There is NO excuse for this. Staff has to be better managed.

When I arrived to her office, the door was locked. I called the office number while standing at the door and the answering service answered. The service stated that the office was closed for lunch and someone should be back at 2pm. The office did not ask for my medical records from my previous provider. The microscope to diagnose my symptoms was broken and I have yet to receive my test results. No one has called me although I called to advise that my symptoms have worsened. TERRIBLE!

Front staff great great great .... Her nurse not so nice... Not friendly that why I had to give a 3 on staff because her her nurse

Dr Mason Jones is great but she needs an office manager that can direct support staff, handle prescription refills and manage billing errors. It took nearly three weeks to get s prescription refilled and for them to correct their billing error and as of right now I'm still not sure if it's been fixed.

Dr. Jones listens, asks plenty of questions and explains things thoroughly. She also seems to study her patient's file before the visit, as she was able to recall the results of my prior visit which was more than two years before my current (she didn't have my file in the examining room).
