I made an appointment to see Dr Reincke for severe swelling in my legs. She evaluated me for veinous insufficiency using ultrasound and medical history. She explained what we needed to do to treat the condition. What I didn't know is my veinous insufficiency contributed not only leg swelling but also jumpy, restless legs which had been keeping me awake at night. We spent about 15-20 minutes talking about what was involved in the treatments. She answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable going ahead with the treatments. They are called treatments because you do them in the office, taking about 10-15 minutes and you get up and go home or back to work or whatever you want to do. I didn't experience any severe pain. In fact I've had shots in the doctor's office that hurt worse than this did. After the first couple of treatments, my restless legs were gone. I was able to sleep at night once again. After all treatments were done the swelling in my legs was greatly reduced.

I recently had my visit with Dr. Reincke, and I'm absolutely appalled with the way I was treated. She completely disregarded my concerns after I told her that the treatments from the previous vein specialists did not work. She flat out told me right away that there was nothing she could do for me without further inquiring about my condition. She made me feel so stupid and told me I need to educate myself more on my condition like I haven't dealt with this condition for years. And when the discussion of possible treatments was brought up, she said I wouldn't be able to afford those treatments. This is my first-time here at this clinic based off of a recommendation from a friend. I would hate to think that she judged me based on my accent, and decided to treat me so poorly from there.

Dr. Tonie Reincke and her staff are very professional and the office is super clean, don't hesitate to come see this doctor! She is very informative and resourceful; she listens to you, and takes her time with you to understand your concerns.

I liked Dr. Reincke from the moment she entered the room I was waiting in. She was approachable, knowledgeable about my condition, and honest. Her office is clean and the staff were friendly and courteous.
