Superior Doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. DiPalma for several years now after my primary care physician retired. What I like most about him is how he keeps current on medical literature and is always prepared to discuss my problems in detail. These past two years have been difficult for me, and he has been my quarterback as I visit medical specialists to get me through the challenges that seniors ultimately face.

My Personal Dr.
I was looking him up to enter his practice information into my health insurance web site and noticed his mixed reviews. I switched from another provider I'd been with for more than a decade. I can say he is very thorough and I was feeling better after a couple visits. His staff is great and my wait times are always short. I can see why some don't like his bedside manner because he is straight to the point, but I've never felt like I wasn't his priority in the examining room.

I use to think he was a good doctor at my first visit, after awhile his attitude made you seem like you was an inconvenience to him. He treats his patients very poorly. I have a huge fear of doctors and real bad anxiety and he just made things worse. My last visit, I left in tears and I knew it was time to go.

I’ve been a patient of DiPalma’s for over 4 years. He’s usually fairly cool and arrogant, whatever, a lot of doctors are. He’s done ok with helping my BP. This weekend I have a migraine (Chronic problem), progressively worsening, OTC meds doing nothing. I call CVS, no refills left of my abortive med. I call the office on call, he’s the one on call, awesome right? Nope, he refuses to be bothered with scripts and refills when on call. He’d rather I end up in the ER with coronavirus fears everywhere, with intractable pain and Blood Pressure at stroke risk levels, spend a couple grand on an MRI and IV meds than to be bothered by an established patient in need of help. Isn’t that what on call is about, avoiding ER use? To top it off he refused CVS’ request for refills this morning (Monday), even though I saw him and had labs drawn less than two months ago. Save your time and efforts to be healthier, go to someone else.

Very rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money on him. You deserve a doctor who actually cares.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give negative stars. Our son is suffering from Spinal headaches as a result of excessive failed attempts at spinal taps delivered by Nationwide Children's Hospital's Emergency room "doctors". "Dr. Dipalma" apparently does not take his hipocratic oath very seriously and REFUSED to see our son to assist in the headaches and nausea/vomiting that he is going through. He's 12 years old, it's not his fault the "doctors" at both NCH and Dipalma

Robotic. Cold. Not compassionate whatsoever, and I'm far from one that needs a pat on the back. Looks at you with a pinpointing scowl. Should deal exclusively with prisoners. All I've done is contribute my hard earned money to his livelihood. No more though. All the best Ben Stein.
