My sick 90 year old mom visited the ER this week and was treated terribly by Dr. Hamilton. There was no compassion and he yelled at her for coming in. Any health professional who treats the weak and vulnerable like that should find another area of work.

My last review was removed for being “inappropriate” something tells me the good reviews aren’t genuine due to that… reposted “ Not good. Dismisses problems at the ER and says he can only provide symptomatic care when the issue causing the symptoms can be dire, will never go to essentia again because of him.”

I went in to the ER and this doctor literally talked to me for less than 3 minutes and dismissed my stomach problems. I proceeded to go home and on the drive I threw up twice and then I was up all night and began throwing up blood. I was too scared to go back to the ER because of how he treated me.

I saw this doctor tonight in the ER. Possibly the nicest doctor on the planet. I don't see how anyone would give him a bad review. I've never looked up a doctor to give a compliment like this before, but I really felt like it was important to do so. I got the feeling from the first second he walked into the room that he actually did care about what I was going through and really wanted to help. We need more doctors like this guy. Kudos Dr. Hamilton. Thanx for being there.

I was seen by Dr Hamilton for nighttime leg pain. He was very professional, ordered an ultrasound and X-rays. I was made aware of follow up care. Staff was wonderful.
In August of 2015 my daughter had a miscarriage . I was at the ER when Dr Hamilton gave her the news. As hard as it was, he was very compassionate and explained what he could to us. Nurse at that time was wonderful.

I recently experience the most traumatic miscarriage a woman could go through. I was so excited to be pregnant. The only time he came to speak to me was after he saw my husband leave my room he came in and scolded me for eating and told me if I had wanted a D&C (I didn't want one) that I couldn't have one now. And proceeded to berate me. As my husband came back in the room he quickly stated something about my HCG levels and left the room. He made the worst day of my life more painful.

Have been treated by this dr twice in 3 years. Both times I felt belittled and dismissed. He had his mind made up about my diagnosis before he even entered my room. He did not listen, he did NOT perform any physical examination and did not order tests of any kind. He is exactly why ER dr's get a bad reputation, which is really sad because the rest of the staff, at this facility, are all outstanding! 1 time I could chalk up to a bad day, but twice? I wouldn't even allow him to treat my dog!
