i have been going to there office for mare than 8 years, the staff is awesome very professional, and good sence of humor , i would not trust anyone with my health, especially with my back, , i truly look forward to seeing them.

Never follows Protocol
I’ve had to receive 7 epidurals now because Specialty Pain Management (Dr. Narwani and NP Dimple) refuses to help in any further way. They never prescribe me pain medication when I can hardly walk or sit, go to bathroom or bend over, be intimate or any kinda life or even work right now. I have x2 bulging lumbar discs and bilateral sciatica nerve pain. All specialty Pain Management does is keep sending me for epidurals w/ Dr. Knighton, which do NOT work at all! I asked numerous times for the staff to wait for the Versed (conscience sedation) to kick in (it only takes 2 minutes for them to wait) and yet they ALWAYS rush thru my epidurals creating MORE PAIN, MORE SCAR TISSUE to my lumbar spine and a great deal of anxiety because I know it’s going to hurt since they do not wait. This is PATIENT ABUSE! Dr. Knighton, Narwani and NP Dimple- Learn how to treat people like humans or don’t practice medicine at all!!!! We are not cattle for you to experiment on just so you can collect our money!

I’ve been going there for a couple years and would never go to someone else! The staff is wonderful and Dr. Knighton is the only Dr. that’s been able to get me pain-free. Thank you so much!!!

It was great. His office staff was able to get me an appointment quickly and I really appreciated that. I had a bilateral steroid injection on my lower back. The procedure went very well. Dr Knighton and his team are great. He explained everything he was doing as he did it. One of the ladies in the room even gave me her hand for comfort. There was a little discomfort but nothing terrible. I highly recommend Dr Knighton and his staff!

I LOVE Dr. Knighton & his staff! I've seen a few other pain specialists over the years, but Dr. Knighton is hands down the best! Been his PT for 4 yrs now. :) He can come across as a bit cold at first, but once you get to know him, he's actually a really nice guy who does genuinely care a lot about his PT's. I also appreciate that he's a straight-forward kinda guy, and that as long as you vocalize what's going on with you, he'll listen and do everything in his power to help reduce your pain! :)
