Truly cares
I went to see Dr. Isseroff with a problem I was having with swallowing. She diagnosed the problem and explained the procedure I would need would require a different type of surgeon. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. But what I found most astounding was even after I was no longer her patient, she continued to contact me and monitor my progress. Even the surgeon I chose, who wound up messing up the procedure, didn’t call to follow up the next day. If you want an ENT doctor that truly cares, and knows what she is doing, see Dr. Isseroff.

Don’t waste your time-
Dr. Isseroff is a rude, condescending, doctor. If you question her, she automatically gets her back up. She pushes test after test and doesn’t call with any types of results. She doesn’t like to be held accountable and when you do hold her accountable, she makes it as if you are the issue. She is cold, unfriendly, and has absolutely no bedside manner. Reading back on my doctor’s notes, I can’t believe how she points fingers and blames all other professionals when really it’s her. You won’t be diagnosed appropriately and you won’t feel an ounce of confidence when you leave her office. There are so many people in her field who will actually care for their patients, like they deserve.

Caring doctor
initial visit with Dr. Isseroff. She was very thorough and concerned. Didnt look at her watch, asked many questions and treated me like a family member. Would recommend without hesitation.

She was WONDERFUL!!! She took her time and was compassionate and listened. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took my 88 year old mother to see Dr. Isseroff. Dr Isseroff was patient and addressed every concern and issue that we had. Her staff went above and beyond assisting us with an issue that we had. I highly recommend this office.
