Dr. Tracey Hooker, DO

Too bad there's not an option for zero stars! My employer sent me here after an injury at work. This dr refused to listen to my complaints, then said I never presented myself on the date of injury. On the date of injury I went there and they couldn't treat me, sending me to the ER down the hall! When I reminded her of this she copped a bad attitude and accused me of lying and walked out if the room refusing to finish the follow up visit. She then threw my file down on a desk saying "we'll get this to comp" as a threat of having my claim refused! Please stay away from this doctor if you want your complaints to be heard. She refuses to listen, cuts you off when you're talking, and will call you a liar. It's a good thing I have all of my paperwork to prove her wrong!
