Dr. Contant saved my life. Seriously. She performed a procedure to remove High grade, CIN III, cells from my cervix.... but it almost didn't happen. Due to the COVID-19 concerns, "elective" surgeries were curtailed only one week ahead of my scheduled surgery - but that didn't stop Dr. Contant. On her own, she advocated on my behalf to the SJHMC Chief Medical officer to allow my surgery to go forward and was approved. Now, I am cancer free!!!! I cannot thank Dr. Contant enough. She is compassionate and caring - everything a frightened patients needs. In fact, I gave her a huge bear hug at my post surgical appt. today.

Doctor is very pleasant, but extremely disorganized. No follow-up as promised. Appears this doctor is too overwhelmed to really care about her patients. Would not recommend at all. Terrible wait times when you call office. Over 30 minutes on hold and you can never actually speak to a nurse or medical assistant.

Not once did I feel remotely comfortable. I would even go so far as to say my skin crawled. Really cold person. I did not want to let her perform my exam but...just wanted to get it over with i guess. You would think a female Ob/Gyn would be more easily relatable to another woman but you would not be further from the truth. Everything about her demeanor screams fake.

I searched through several providers before I ended up with Dr Contant. She is always warm and welcoming and most importantly... I never feel rushed. She understands the patient’s POV and I would highly Recommend her.

She doesn't communicate very well; I often feel rushed out of her office. She puts things off, saying that we will get to something during the next visit rather than addressing it right then. As such, I have run out of my prescription medication and I didn't find out that my baby was breech and small until very late. She sent me to other departments (ultrasound, the lab) but doesn't seem to know their hours, so I've been turned away. Please choose another doctor.
