The doctor was super insightful, helpful, and got straight to the point with care and concern. She listened to my son and I, who the appointment was for. I felt heard and appreciated her knowledge and willingness to explore the issues he was having.

After months of waiting for the appointment, doctor was rushed. There was little care shown; I felt dismissed and unheard. An empathetic doctor would've meant something to me. It just seemed like she was ready to have me out of there.

Wax removal from ears was virtually painless. Have had instances in the past where the removal process was painful. Dr Eriksson explained what was going on clearly.
