Dr. Tracy McIntire, DDS

I chose Dr McIntire for my procedure after witnessing his treatment of my husband’s extractions. He put me at ease from the moment I met him. His dental hygienist was extremely compassionate and reassuring. I am so grateful to her! My before, during, and aftercare were explained, and I understood the instructions well. The procedure was pain free-something for which I was not prepared. There was only a little pressure, but no pain! I cannot express what a wonderful experience this was for me. The front office staff went beyond expectations to make check in and out fast, and babysat my nervous husband. Thank you, Dr. McIntire, for the best dental experience of my life!

Everything went well. I had to have #5 extracted and I elected to have an implant placed. From the consultation to the surgery, Dr. McIntire and his staff were excellent.

The surgery to remove left lower wisdom tooth and 2nd left lower molar. He and his staff didn't tell me that it was normal for the stitches to open up and did not say the pain would possibly be off and on for the next few months. They downplayed and didn't seem to care about the extreme pain I still had after the fourth day when I called the office. It felt like he and the whole office didn't care about any concerns or questions I had. They were very disrespectful and they lacked any empathy for their patients.

Dr. McIntire followed through on everything we agreed to prior to surgery. Years later IF I have a question…he will take the time to address any concerns. He truly cares about the well being of his patients.

Dr. McIntire made a great first impression in his consultation, but after the surgery we felt like the office and staff were not helpful at all with our concerns and questions.

had a consultation to have my front Tori Removed. Went ahead with the procedure. They removed my back Tori and not my front(which I specifically asked to remove during consultation). Went back 5 different times Dr. Tracy McIntyre and he assured me the Tori would go away. How would the Tori go away if they were never removed? We reached an agreement for a FULL refund but only received half the refund. When I called back with the discrepancy they said since the performed half the surgery that I would get half the refund. Yes, this truly did happen. I filed a BBB complaint and after numerous inquiries from the Better Business Bureau they never responded. You can check out the full details on the BBB website when you do a search. They have a B- Better Business Bureau with other complaints on record.

I had oral surgery done by Dr. McIntire to remove a large cyst from a maxillary sinus. The surgery did nothing to remove the cyst or infection, nor did the follow up surgery he did for the ‘reoccurring issue’. A subsequent scan showed the cyst was exactly the same size and location and appeared untouched. I found a very good ENT who removed the cyst completely with one surgery. He logically explained that the cyst couldn’t be accessed for removal from the side where the previous surgeries were done but had to be removed from the front to allow complete access and removal. Dr. McIntire and his staff were very pleasant but I from my experience he does not have the skills necessary for this type of procedure. I deeply regret the large amount of money I spent and unpleasant surgeries and recovery process I endured with absolutely no improvement.

After two failed jaw surgeries I was referred to Dr.Mcintire, it was either he fixes my jaw or I will never be able to eat again. I was pretty down by the time I got to him. When me and my dad went to talk to him the first time I was thinking he is a little cocky, but now I know why. I would trust him to do any type of dental work or surgery on me. He fixed my jaw to the best that it can be. It will never be like it was but he helped me more than he will ever know. I refer people to him all the time. Now that I know everything I know after breaking my jaw and having two failed surgeries by a surgeon who should have never worked on me my suggestion to everyone is to just get a second opinion. Dr.Mcintire was my last resort but I really wish I would have found him the day I broke my jaw and not 3 months after.

Fantastic experience! I was terrified and he kept me calm, worked quickly and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone! He even got me in a day quicker than what was planned. A+

DR Jekel, Mr. Hyde. If it's going his way it's all great, all smiles will show you his muscles and allow you to stroke his ego. If he's made a mistake or because of him having to correct it and your cutting into lunch...just don't allow him to do it. It's not worth it!!

I really like him. He is positive and good natured.
