I really like Dr. Pichon. I think she is a great Dr. She spends time with me when I have appointment. She doesn’t rush in and rush out like some Drs do. She explains all my test results to me. She really seems to care about her patients. BUT I’ve been calling her office for a week and can’t get no one to answer and her mai box says it’s full now. I was able to leave one message and no one called me back. I guess I have to go to her office just to schedule an appointment. That’s ridiculous!

Have been calling for three days to schedule new patient appt. no one answers the phone yet says in the office . Called back days later and get same recording but mail box full. What kind of person runs a business this way ?

Very attentive and caring. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I have been searching for a good doctor since moving to Slidell and my search is over. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

It was absolutely outstanding care. She was able to diagnose and very rare condition that if undetected could have been life threatening. Her bedside manner made me feel as if I was one of her family members. She took the time to explain to me my diagnosis in detail and gave me all of the appropriate treatment and care. I am not easily impressed and have always been skeptical of medical care in general but there is a trust with her that has been established.
