Trang Nguyen

I broke my back last April that caused issues with hip pain, right leg pointing outward, back pain and also bone to bone in each big toe causing foot pain. My first visit Dr. Nguyen spent 3 hours going over my MRI showing me the back issues I had, things she recommended, specific exercises to help strengthen my core, an exercise to correct my right foot, told me orthotics I wore didn't help me and had me buy a $6 toe insert. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the the human body. My right foot corrected itself with her exercise in 2 weeks, and the hip pain I was having was gone. My toes move without pain because the joint now lines up. Dr. Nguyen has helped me more than all the physical therapy, orthotic selling foot doctors, and back doctors I have seen in the past year. I received more information and result's with Dr. Tryang in 4 weeks than I did in a year in pain management , chiropractor and PT. Her approach and knowledge of how to handle my chronic back pain situation has shown me amazing results. I’m on the road to a new and better way of life thanks to her.

As a senior citizen dealing with arthritis and back issues, I was referred to dr Trang a year ago. Not only does she deal with my issues, she takes the time to check on my water consumption , my at home exercises , which she has taught me, and even provides printed materials for at home help. She is a dedicated doctor who has a meaningful impact on my health.

Dr. Nguyen is a miracle worker. My husband & I have only wonderful things to say about her. She has helped both of us with a variety of issues this past year including injuries and pain in legs, hips, back, neck, arm, shoulder. She is a hands on doctor and the results have been nothing short of amazing in some cases. Dr Nguyen was recommended by an urgent care doctor in Southampton after an injury I sustained from a fall. Dr Nguyen worked on the area and also gave me isometric exercises to do at home. She called me at home after my first office visit to make sure I was okay from her hands on treatment. The results were amazing. In 2 weeks I felt like a new person. Dr. Nguyen is kind, compassionate and 100% dedicated to her patients. She is a rare find these days. We are so grateful we found her.

My only concern about saying how wonderful she is, is that I will have more trouble getting an appointment. At 89 a a problem with every bone, muscle and joint in my body I have bee to too many doctors, which wouldn't have been necessary If I had found her sooner. Not only is she an amazing doctor and wonderful person but your partner in your treatment, she is as excited about your improvement as you are. Amazing! My experience with Dr Trang is the first time that I felt like my doctor actually cared about what was going on with my body and how I live my life. After shoulder surgery a few years ago, I went through the motions in physical therapy but didn’t notice any positive results. After just 2 visits with Dr Trang, I had full motion back with the shoulder and it feels great now. I live a pretty active lifestyle and continue to see Dr Trang for various aches and pains; always feeling better after each visit.

I've been seeing Dr. Trang for two months for lower back pain. I have a herniated disc. Dr. Trang came highly recommended and the reviews speak for themselves. Seeing her is like no other Doctor visit i've ever had before. She listens and focuses on the whole body. Your appointment is for an hour and she is with you for that full hour. She listens to how you've been doing as she performs an exam, she give you exercises to do at home and makes sure you understand how to do them/number of reps etc. Then she also does some manipulations which just makes your body feel amazing. Highly recommend... warning she books out far ahead of time for new patients but is very much worth the wait!

Dr. Nguyen impressed me a great deal. She took the time to listen to my medical history and read all my MRIs and CT scans to develop a plan for treating me. In addition she demonstrates appropriate exercises and provides coordinating written instructions. She is a rare find. I am so happy to be treated by her. She is careful and thoughtful. She is like the family doctor who would come to my home and lived around the corner, whom you always could depend on.

I have been under Dr Nguyen for the past year. I was under constant pain with no relief. I was overweight and bent overs and no energy. After one year I have no pain, I stand straight and my energy is constant and I lost 18 lbs. through her guidance and body stretches

'Dr. Trang', as my son's and I call her, is a wonderful, skilled practitioner. My boys were referred to her, in 2014 (at ages 12 and 11),with differing Orthopedic issues. I thought Physicians that spend time, listening ,instructing, and performing skilled treatments, were a thing of the past. Dr. Trang has relieved both of my sons pain through OMT/OMM therapies, nutritional and exercise counseling. I can not say how highly I recommend Dr. Trang. She is like no other Physician I have ever met!!!

Dr Trang is the best. Gives her total attention to full hour sessions. She is constantly learning new techniques for the benefit of her patients. She has helped me enormously. I totally recommend her.

She is amazing, she takes the time to really help and spends a full hour working on you. She has hands of gold and really cares for her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in pain and have any health issues.

I went to her office in pain from neck and other issues which were all addressed and left feeling so much better... She spent a lot of time and energy on me and I felt like she genuinely was concerned for my well being. I will definitely go back for treatment and support.
