Excellent! I drive several hours to see Dr. Jacobsen. He is kind, attentive, knowledgable and just overall fantastic. I am so grateful to have found him and his clinic. The staff is wonderful as well.

The best healthcare provider I've ever met. I could go on and on about how great this person is at his job. I use to drive 2 1/2 hrs one way to see him. Just because of how great he is. Wish I could've taken him with me when I moved..

Dr Jacobson is the most sincere, caring, and knowledgeable doctor I've ever met. Always makes me feel like family. His nurses and receptionist are amazing too. Even living an hour away from his office, it's always worth the drive because of the great service I always get.
