Lack of compassion, terrible experience
Went for a test for carpal tunnel syndrome upon the referral of my Primary Care Physician in February 2025. I was 5 minutes late and the Dr told me we therefore he must rush through the visit. I had to ask him to tell me what he was doing and as he went through the multiple painful shocks to my hand and arm he did not speak or show any compassion for the pain I was in. By the time I left I was crying, both because I was in pain, and the physician who is a pain specialist lacked any type of empathy. I asked him about further treatment and he informed me that that was up to my primary care doctor and that he had only been consulted for testing. When he wrote notes to my Primary Care Dr he explicitly mentioned I was ten minutes late, although I arrived 5 minutes late and then proceeded to say that I had been upset because of not having further treatment, which was not at all the case. I was upset because of the poor treatment I had received during my visit and the pain I was in. I have co

I started seeing Dr Jorgenson last summer. He ordered a MRI and quickly diagnosed my problem. He explained exactly what was going on with my back and what treatment we would do. I can now walk without a limp and very seldom have any pain. I will always recommend him.

Beware of negative reviews.
Dr Jorgensen is very good at listening to what you have to say. He has helped me a lot. I would guess all the negative reviews are from people hooked on painkillers, who want the Dr to prescribe more to keep their habit going. Dr Jorgensen is not a drug dealer, he is a very good Dr.

Don't bother- not worth your time
I would not recommend Dr. Jorgensen to anyone. He is arrogant, under educated, and has very poor bedside manners. He will not listen to you, interrupts you, and will even argue with you when you're only trying to get the best medical care for your condition. When in chronic pain, you seek compassion and relief. You get none of that from this "doctor." He is in it for the money and that's very clear by his behavior and lack of empathy for his patients. He was somewhat decent in the beginning but don't dare cross him or he becomes rude and out he runs. Would give zero stars if it was an option. NOT A QUALITY DOCTOR.

On my first visit, "Dr." Jorgensen had me diagnosed with Fibromyalgia so quickly that I suspect he had chosen the diagnosis based on the questionnaire I had filled out before he had even met me. On the follow-up I told him that the initial dose had decreased the peripheral pain but that all other conditions, particularly after increasing the dose as instructed, had gotten far worse and that I had been utterly "wiped out". His only response was, "I'm not surprised." Without explaining that he asked if I was ready to book the next appointment. When I said no, he was up and out of the room so fast that I was stunned. I looked at the clock. The appointment had last no more than five minutes. I wanted to speak to the receptionist about what had just happened, but she was also gone. Do not go to this so-called "Doctor." He has zero regard for his patients.

Dr. Trevor Jorgensen is abrupt and interruptive. He does not take the time to listen to patient's narrative's before interjecting his own opinions. He goal is to gain multiple return visits so that he can bill for multiple return visits. He lacks empathy, compassion and "bedside manner". I do not recommend Dr. Jorgensen.

"DO NOT go to this doctor if you have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or other health issues that contribute to your pain. He does not believe in the EDS diagnosis and when tried to be educated on the subject he wanted nothing to do with it, further questioning the qualifications of the EDS doctor.

I first starting seeing Dr. Jorgenson at the Oregon Pain Clinic where he was kind and patient, AND he found a way to stop my chronic back pain! When I needed to have another 'treatment', Covid hit. When I could go back to the clinic, he had moved on to open his own clinic. I tried to go back to the Oregon Pain clinic, but the Dr. there didn't do the trick and, in fact, I feel made things worse. I am SO happy to have found Dr. Jorgenson and made an appt. to go back to him!!

I have been a patient of Dr Jorgensen for many years. If you’re looking for a Doctor to throw pain meds at you or prescribe 500 injections... this is not the Doctor for you! Dr J is super compassionate and has THE BEST bedside manner. He is respectful of the patients time not making you sit for hours waiting for him. I look for a Doctor who is going to look at our relationship as a team not a dictatorship. Every concern, question and treatment is discussed, answered and presented with me //the patient// making me feel like we’re a team. Dr J is conservative but aggressive when needed. I have never been talked down upon like many other Doctors I have been to. He is understanding and I am so thankful to have him in my team! I can’t not throw a shout out to his team!! They are AMAZING! Always answer phone calls right away, get back to me with any concerns in a timely manner and make me feel super comfortable and secure. It’s hard to find such a great doctors office and wouldn’t hesitate

I had the displeasure of being referred to this "pain specialists" about 4 yrs ago and still cannot believe how horrible he was. He was dismissive and condescending of my chronic pain, decided he was going to change my meds, which was not the reason for me seeing him nor was this ok'd with my primary care provider. I spoke with his MA a few times before my first appt. When I arrived she tells me "We don't accept your insurance (Providence) so you'll have to pay $100 out of pocket to see him ~OR~ pay $150 for late cancellation." Why was this not brought to my attention before appt? Then, he finally ordered an MRI for my back but would not give me results unless I went back to see him!!! All told I had to pay out of pocket $600 for 2 awful appts and no treatment. Would NOT recommend!!

Really enjoyed talking with Dr. Jorgensen. He listened and seemed to understand my problems. I really liked my prior dr. and was very nervous about changing docs. But, Dr. Jorgensen completely put me at ease. Looking forward to working with him.

My experience with Dr. Jorgensen has been excellent. I have always gotten a complete explanation for any questions I have and I never feel rushed or made to feel as if I didn't matter. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to be a "Pain Management doctor" especially these days when it seems the insurance companies and pharmacies are telling doctors how they should practice medicine. I found Dr. Jorgensen to be extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I was referred to Dr. Jorgensen for my painful arthritis. He never examined me or review the records sent over from my Orthopedic doctor. He did not discuss my options for pain relief. I was scheduled for a nerve block procedure. During that appointment, I saw the true Dr. Jorgensen. He had no empathy and was very arrogant. I felt bullied and very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to his office and I do not recommend him.

Dr Trevor Jorgenson lacks patience and empathy. He hurries you out of the office or tries to upscale you on procedures. If you a get a nerve block from him , expect on the day of the procedure to talked to you very little. He isn’t interested in any new developments or questions you might have. If I could give zeros stars I would.

I found Dr. Jorgensen very informative. He did talk a little over my head. ; ) He set me up with two injections for my sciatica to help me get through a trip and suggested PT. I guess the only thing I found interesting and may not just be his clinic is that you are put in a room with your bottom exposed (for the injection of course) and you don't really get to see the doctor at all during the procedure. He comes in, addresses you nicely and gets the work done. Talks you through it.

I went to this appt because i have several chronic conditions that require a pain specialist. The Dr. made it very clear he didnt approve of my prior doctor's. He didnt look at my records. His suggestion was for me to call the medical board on my previous doctors. I dont know what i did wrong but no one deserves to be treated that way..So after a long drive he told me i wasted my time. He didnt even know my imaging was there for him until the nurse and myself told him..I left in tears

Definitely needs to work on his "bed side manners. A bit too abrubt. Never liked a Doctor who forgets he puts his pants on like everyone else. Needs to work on being a bit more warm and personal ,it goes a long ways. If someone is visiting this office you know they're dealing with pain and with pain it affects everyday life. Lighten up a little Dr. it'll go a long ways!
