Excellent doctor! I can't say enough about Dr. Swygert. I have know her and been a patient for over 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Swygert to any and everyone looking for a doctor!

My mother just recently passed away. She had been in Sienna for 84 days. When they were considering dismissing her and we called Dr Swygert for help in getting a script for wheel chair, She never returned our calls. Sienna dr did help us with that. She was home 5 days and went to St. Anthony. They were going to dismiss her from there. The hospital tried multiple times to get in touch with her to sign off on home health. Calls were never returned.

Dr. Swygert can hear, such a rare quality in DOCTORS these days. I have been under her care approximately two years, dealing with an oxygen deficiency issue, through her ability to understand my medical needs I've actually begun to trust in the knowledge of medical professionals again. When Dr. Swygert walks in my room I can tell that she's already informed on my reason for the visit. She is factual and caring.

Dr Swygert has been my family physician for over 10 years. If it wasn't for her I might be here now writing this comment. She discovered a problem during my annual physical. She took steps to have my situation diagnosed and treated. I will always be in her debt.

I would highly recommend Dr. Swagert the and her team. I have been a patient since 2009. I have never had any problems during any of my visits. They are quick to respond to messages; and get me in for appointments. She is very approachable, caring, and she listens throughly. She has always diagnosed me correctly. Dr. Swygert's office does not run smoothly. During a Thurs. appointment, Dr. Swygert ordered labs via blood draw and a refill to my current prescriptions. I informed her nurse of this issue and she stated that she would alert her. A week later and still no script/response. Also, I have not been able to find out my lab results. The nurse told me twice the next week that she has let the Dr. know, but is not sure why the Dr. isn't responding. Secondly, lab results never received/explainened
