Dr. Trina Taylor, MD

I would’ve gave Dr. Taylor five stars if it wasn’t for her staff. They don’t ever get back to you about anything that they should. Most of the time you call you’re put on hold for like 15 minutes. I’ve been in that doctors office over the past 5 or 6 years and trust me it is not that busy to be on hold for 15 minutes. I dropped paperwork off one day and I was told I would get a call back at the end of day about it. By like the fourth day, I had to call to check on the paper and apparently there was an issue with it, but I was never called and told that, nobody ever called me, so I’m sitting here waiting On paperwork that was flagged without it ever being communicated to me. She has the laziest staff I have ever dealt with and my children are teenagers so I have dealt with a lot of doctors and a lot of different staff. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I figured everybody should know. Dr. Taylor is a great doctor But I don’t think dealing with her staff is worth it. I’m changing drs.

Dr. is wonderful and staff is a well. I highly recommend this doctor.

My child saw her PA on Friday and we were told my child has a virus. They did the rapid strep test which is COMMON for false negatives (so you should always do a culture) and was sent home. We came back Monday and did a rapid strep test again and now she has strep. Cost me TWO visits and it’s almost a week later and she’s still now well. Now I’m taking her somewhere else RIDICULOUS DO NOT TAKE YOU CHILD HERE.

Took my son in for ear pain and after a quick look they said it was just allergies. That same day he was rushed to the hospital because he had a severe ear infection that had spread to his bones. He had surgery and spent a week in the hospital. I would not recommend. They don't take the time to actually look and find a cause. They are more in and out as fast as they can get you.

Staff very unprofessional , The Doctor Taylor is very rude doesn't listen to parent's concerns. I got upset with the Doctor because since the first day i took my children to her office . I told her my kids hadn't seen a doctor for the past 9months and if she could do some blood work. Which she didn't do instead every visit I go to she draws blood from them just to check one thing at a time really! I confronted her about it and she told me " that I was complaining about everything hurting my kids

Dr Taylor is amazing, but her staff SUCKS. They are constantly rude and having issues with appointments , and just recently I got a letter stating we had to redo his vaccinations because they stored it at the wrong temperature. Her nurses and staff are careless. Just because it won't harm him to redo them doesn't mean I want my son to be stuck with a needle and go through his fever and fussiness AGAIN because they can't do their jobs. You don't mess around with that stuff. My son is five months
