Dr. Newaz has an approach which is pure gold for someone with autoimmune conditions: treating the patient and symptoms...not the results.I never feel dismissed when chatting with her, and she has been able to help me fine tune my treatment to very positive results by focusing on my symptoms.

Very understanding and listens well.
Telehealth
Dr. Newaz genuinely listens and is very helpful with questions. You don't get the feeling that it's all about collecting the copay. She is genuinely caring and an asset to both patients and Northwell.

Outstanding clinician
Finally a physician who is attentive, comprehensive and compassionate- and above all extremely knowledgeable about new studies. I feel totally cared for and medically secure that my multiple issues are being properly addressed. Her office and staff are outstanding.
