Dr. Tristan Keys, MD

Continuity no longer exists in our healthcare system. Dr. Keyes at first seemed quite competent, and probably is in some situations but not for us. He is very friendly and at times funny. Nothing surrounding our condition was urgent to him which resulted in multiple hospitalizations for various reasons but one consistent reason one was his specialty. In our opinion, he is not attentive to the whole picture and operates on his own terms which we understand to a point but I can assure you, we will never allow him to be a part of our medical life going forward.

He’s a fun person and extremely skilled at surgery and all aspects of urological care.

Had cyberknife for prostate cancer Office lost me and Dr Keyes never saw me after that. He apologizes well on computer visit but there is no trust. Picked wrong doctor and wrong practice for such important diagnosis of prostate cancer. Now I have worst symptoms than before and no support. I feel foolish for placing trust in this practice and especially Dr Keyes.

Inexperienced unprofessional Poor surgeon

Dr. Keys was very comprehensive he knew my complete medical history prior to my first visit and reviewed everything in my chart with me. He found and diagnose the reason I was getting chronic UTIs with blood in the urine. He recommended a supplement that had beneficial results. His staffers is Exceptional; Melanie who did my intake information prior to seeing Dr. Keys was reviewed all my medications and allergies with me. Tyler did my check in asked all the important questions about Covid and other potential illnesses. Rhonda did my discharge summary and went over and reviewed with me what the doctor had to say. Kristen answered the phone and helped me with the staff names and what their responsibility was for the survey. She was as pleasant as could be. I am delighted that Dr. Pekal referred me to Dr. Keys. Dr. Keys has a remarkable medical team that works together seamlessly.

Dr. Keys was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained his plan of care and I'll be returning for more testing next week. I'm confident that he'll be able to provide answers to my problems.

Excellent, cheerful, informative, kind

A week after surgery for breast cancer I ended up in the ER for kidney stones. Dr. Keys was on call and treated me. I have never met a kinder Dr.. He treats his patients with kindness and respect. Other physicians could learn a lot from him. I have referred several people to him and they feel the same way.

Having been to a urologist with no relief for numerous UTIs each year, I came across Dr. Tristan Keys, and within a very short period of time, my life changed. No more leakage, no more getting up 4-6 times a night leaving me very tired with no energy, no more staying home for fear of accidents. He ordered a regimen for me that has been very beneficial. How much better I feel with a lot of rest and energy. He will see me in a year for follow up. It’s not about money; it’s about the patient!

Met with Dr Keys this AM. I have been dealing with VA physicians for a few years and must say that Dr. Keys was a real breath of fresh air. He is extremely good at what he does.
