Worthless
Surgery went bad. Afterwards when I had an adverse reaction to the surgery and medication, he was no where to be found. I went in for a deviated septum. It’s worse now than it was before. My suggestion, find someone who cares.

Arrived on time to my appointment, sat in waiting area for 28 minutes, then was called to the front desk and was informed I arrived 2 MINUTES late to my appointment so Dr. Callender REFUSED to see us that day! And the lady at the desk, Michelle, was unbelievably rude to us about the entire thing, zero compassion or understanding. Later, when we tried calling we were informed Michelle was refusing to answer her phone while sitting at her desk. Horrible service...would NEVER recommend ENT Assoc.

He was very attentive to my description of my medical problem. He asked many questions of my medical condition while giving a thorough visual examination. He informed me, in his opinion, of what was causing my discomfort and a treatment for it. I had been suffering from this ailment for over a year. By following his advice I was feeling better in three days and within a week all symptoms had left. He was a very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor of whom I highly recommend.

He took his time, explained everything and we scheduled the surgeries. He made us feel very comfortable and we have had no more problems! I highly recommend Dr. Callender!!!

Dr. Callender just performed a complete thyroidectomy on me. I was very anxious about the procedure but Dr. Callender was very patient and adressed all my concerns in a professional and friendly manner. He is very skilled and capable in his specialty. So it was no surprise that I came through surgery with all my surroundings structures including my voice fully intact. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this or any other ENT procedure.
