Dr. Truc Pham, MD

The doctor was extremely pleasant, thorough, and professional. The office environment was clean, new, and comfortable. The staff was very professional too. We were greeted right away and didn’t have to wait long before the doctor saw me for for my appointment. Every aspect of the appointment was great!

I have been a patient of Dr Pham's for many years. I find her to be very knowledgable, patient, understanding, and she is always upbeat and complimentary towards my health issues. Some times wait time can be a bit long, but it is because of a patient emergency, etc. Her wait times are no longer than any other physician I've been to. I would recommend her with full confidence that she will be well taken care of.

Nurses should be ensured what they are doing since I was disappointed because one of the nurse asked me to do the skin test again even I said I had positive results before. I was charged for that but other clinics said it's should not happened. SHOULD NOT do the TB test again and again because the reaction would be worse the next time.

Everytime I make appointment never see the right doctor I want. And they charged me $30 dollar for not call cancel the appointment. That's my first time be charged for nothing. I understand to make appointment but didn't show up. No, reason to charge your patient like that. I never come back to your office again because I think you guys just want make money. I will find better doctor and they more care for their patient.

They charged me or a question at the yearly exam. Don't they need to know if we have any problems or questions during the yearly exam. They are our family doctor and they should know what our concerns or problems are. All they want is to get money from insurance.

Awful wait time. Staff is inexperienced and extremely rude.

The staff never picks up the phone so it is impossible to schedule an appointment unless you actually go to the office. The wait time is always long even when I have an appointment and is the only patient sitting in the waiting room. Also, not once have I seen Dr.Truc. I've only been counseled by the PA and she seem unsure about many things. Also, not only do you wait outside but once they place you in a room there is additional wait time. Please do not go here. They only care about your money.
