Wouldn't go back
I will never forget my appointment with Dr. Roy. I suffer from TMJ which has been chronic for 3 years. I have had botulism toxin injections multiple times in the past 3 years. I have never felt such in professionalism in the past couple of years than I have with Dr. Roy. I went in a week after my first major exam with the orthodontist who was very kind. She introduced me to Dr. Roy. A week later, I went in four injections. This was the first time I was never given a waiver to sign, nor had any communication between the doctor and myself on what was about to happen. I have no idea how many units I was supposed to be given, and while it was going on, the doctor was speaking to someone else near her. I don't care how experienced you are in injections, you should look at the patient and communicate with them. What exactly you are doing to their face. Since my procedure, I've had nothing but pain in certain spots, and the areas she did not inject, have been even worse. I

I am so happy. Dr. Roy listened to my issues and she was amazing. I could not be happier with my reduction and lift and I am not even 3 weeks post surgery yet!
