Dr. Ball is so good at explaining my procedure to me. He gave me the option of the two procedures and he also discuss what was the best way to deal with the problem I have he took the time to explain it two Different procedures in the one that was best for me to follow and I'm glad that they do it in front of the other directors to discuss my problem to see which surgery would be the best for me
