Dr. Tyler Beckley, DO

He talks to you like a friend, explaining things as simply as possible and answering any and all questions. He goes above and beyond to communicate issues or concerns. He pulled my husband to the side and educated him about expectations in surgery and even took a short video during reconstructive surgery I had in December 2024 to explain the damage and tear in the Posterior Tibial Tendon. Very down to earth and practical- trying all the things before diving into surgery, but if surgery is necessary, he explains what you need done, why it will fix the issues, and how he will perform the surgery. I knew what to expect and exactly what was going to happen before surgery. He earns your trust and helps you understand what you are experiencing. Very thorough with X-ray and his office will tell you he is picky about everything- which I find comforting knowing I have that level of care. I would and will recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Beckley performed surgery on the Lisfranc injury and multiple fractures in my midfoot. Before surgery, he explained in great detail the procedure. His is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. I am very happy to be walking again!

From the moment I entered HRH on April 9 to yesterday when my surgeon Dr Beckley released me, I was treated with care, kindness and competency for treatment for osteomyelitis. From the nurses during my stay, the nurses during daily infusions, Cheryl and her staff at the wound center, and Dave in the hyperbaric center, and Dr Beckley we all worked together to come to healing and helping me understand what was happening to my body. They were the best team ever! I was never patronized, my questions were answered straightforwardly enabling us to come to the right decisions and the best outcome. They became family to me. Heartfelt gratitude a thanks to them all and everyone I came into contact with.

I have had multiple surgeries on my foot and ankle with Dr Beckley. every concern that I have had he takes plenty of time to address my concerns, very caring and professional staff. Every surgery that I have had I get more and more improvements and have considerable less pain while walkinig.

Just, wow! I have never felt so comfortable going into a doctor's office, or surgery before. Dr. Beckley explains in step-by-step detail of what is going on and how he plans to fix it. The guy even hand drew on the table paper to show me what was going on and what he would do to solve it. We followed all steps and guidelines that were given. This is probably the reason that I healed and returned to life and gym activities so quickly. So personable, easy to talk to, and makes sure you are comfortable, as well as understand, before he will leave the room. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Beckley and his team. HRH has taken care of myself and my family for many procedures. There isn't a bad member on their team, but if I had to pick one that I was most impressed with, it would have to be Dr. Tyler Beckley and those who worked side-by-side with him during the entire process. Dr. Beckley preformed my ankle fusion to my right foot in October 2022. I am at 6 months post operation and this procedure has been a total success! Dr. Beckley and his team at Hendricks Regional have been the best group to work with for this surgery. I am so excited to have no pain in my repaired/fused ankle and I am looking forward to returning to an active lifestyle of walking, hiking, and exercise! I had originally scheduled to have a TTC Fusion with another Surgical Group. I reached out to Dr. Beckley for his thoughts and after 1 hour consultation with Dr. Beckley, we came to the conclusion that he could preform the ankle fusion and not the TTC procedure. This has given me a tremendous range of motion with my right ankle as apposed to what the TTC procedure would have given me. Dr. Beckley has given me my mobility back with this ankle fusion procedure, and I am so thankful that I took the time to drive an hour and a half to meet with him. Just a fantastic experience!

Very friendly, informative, and helpful with questions. Doesn't talk down to you like many other doctors do. His office staff is also very nice and helpful!

Dr Beckley is a wonderful surgeon and I highly recommend him! He is down to earth and answers all questions in a way you can easily understand. He is confident which makes you feel confident. He takes pride in his work so you can feel confident that things will be done right.

I met Dr. Beckley when I broke my leg in 5 places. He pieces me back together and made sure my follow up care and PT achieved the best result possible. He is attentive, remembers your case specifically and is amazingly talented.

Dr. Beckley, his P.A. and all of the staff at Hendricks Orthopedics were very professional, friendly and caring. He took the time to make sure that my daughter received the most accurate diagnosis possible. He was very thorough at explaining her injury and treatment. I had never heard of Dr. Tyler Beckley when I was referred to him, so I was just hoping for the best. He'd reviewed the imaging and was well prepared for the consult. He actually shared and explained the CT Scans and gave me time to ask questions. There were options given on how to proceed but with pressure from him to do one thing or another...he let me make the choice. He visited my room right after the surgery and asked how I was doing. He explained everything he did, and made sure the hospital staff was prepared with all contingencies. At follow up, he got into detail about the surgery. As he explained, I got a sense of his resourcefulness and ingenuity under pressure. Dr. Beckley is gifted in what he does. I told him that I think he should feel good, using his skill to give people an opportunity to have a better quality of life. He is not full of himself, but instead thanked me humbly for those comments. I felt blessed, and decided to tell about this experience here.

He is so amazing! I had been in pain & off of my feet for 3 years battling Plantar Fasciitis. I was bouncing back & forth between Orthopedic Dr.'s, Sports Med Dr.'s Podiatrist & Physical Therapists. I had been given multiple shots, put in braces & casts and fighting horrible depression because of it all. Finally one of the physicians I had been seeing at Methodist sent me to Dr. Beckley. (my saving grace) He talked to me, explained a lot to me, and after trying a couple different things himself he scheduled me for gastrocnemius recession surgery. I walked out of the surgery center in no pain & did not take pain medication after the surgery!!! I put a tennis shoe on 2 weeks later and "PoOf" no pain! I hugged this man... I would recommend him to anyone - everyone!!!

He was very swag and cool, and he took great care of my younger brother that has cerebral palsy.

Amazing surgeon

Dr. Beckley performed the 2nd surgery on my trimalleolar ankle fracture. He was very thorough and did his best to get me back to a level of comfort and activity that I had before my break. I would not go to any other DO even if Dr. Beckley moved offices.

Wasn't a good fit.

Dr. Beckley did a great job of explaining my issue and subsequent surgery. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He is kind and caring.

Dr. Beckley has gone above and beyond to ensure I understood everything with my case. I never felt rushed and I always felt like he listened to what I was telling him.

Dr Beckley, did foot surgery on me in November 2020. I am very happy with the outcome so far. Still in PT, and still under his care until 4-8 months yet. I would definitely recommend Dr. Beckley to anyone.
