Dr. Tyler Bickel, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Bickel for 12 years now. I have a lot of health problems, some of them permanent and so I have had to see a lot of doctors over my 60 years of life. Dr. Bickel is hands-down the best. he listens to everything you have to say, he is kind and considerate although a bit shy, and he treats you like you might actually be an intelligent person and have some insight into your own body and health problems as well. he is open to suggestions and willing to listen to your theories and will explain to you exactly how and or why what you were thinking may or may not work. I find him to be very empathetic and respectful of both your feelings and your point of view on things. I have never had a doctor that listens as well as he does. At his work, he does have to type notes while talking with you and although it may look like he’s not paying attention he really is. He hears every word you’re saying and will answer as many questions as you may have.

Reading the notes he left in my chart are absolutely devastating and disgusting! Complete opposite of what we talked about and now all other doctors will see that and of course believe what he wrote!! Very heartless individual!!

Dr. Bickel takes time to listen to his patients and explain options. I was impressed with how well he treated my wife and addressed her concerns.

Would not see my mother who was crying in pain because she was more than ten minutes late. Tried to explain situation to him at next appointment and received zero sympathy. Told him we would not be coming again and he responded "oh well." UNCARING

Dr Bickel is aloof, uncaring and uninterested in your needs as a patient.
