11 years of professional dedication
I have been seeing Dr Christensen for 11 years now on 7/11/11 he diagnosed my kidney cancer, bladder cancer and has always told me everything I asked about in terms I could understand straight to the point and what the outcome will be. He is very personal and has become a dear friend as a result he has saved my life in More than one way. He has saved my life not only physically but mentally he is very upbeat. I couldn't ask for a better friendship

Worst doctor
He did the invasive surgery and I was left in tons of pain afterwards. He left no post op or discharge instructions for myself or even the nursing staff. When we asked about medication, he said it was too late and he had already left. It was even a medication that could have been called in or given at the hospital. We didn’t make it home until 12 hours after our scheduled surgery time because the doctor was so late. At about 36 hours after surgery, I came down with extreme pain. I knew something was wrong. I called Dr. Christensen’s office and he dismissed my pain and concerns. He had his staff tell me to just stay home and that if I couldn’t handle the pain that he would have his assistant give me a shot of an anti inflammatory. I tried to tell him over and over this wasn’t normal but gave up and had my husband drive me to the hospital where I finally received the care I needed. I had blood clots and my kidneys weren’t functioning right. Another urologist took over my case…

Do not go to Doctor Tyler Christensen
Dr. Tyler Christensen is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever met. I went to Dr Christensen with a large kidney stone blockage. His staff pushed for a more invasive procedure because it was more convenient for Dr Christensen. They didn’t really explain much about the procedure to me and told me that Dr Christensen would later before the surgery. They convinced me that this surgery was the best option. Dr. Christensen was supposed to arrive at the hospital for the surgery at 4:30pm. He didn’t show up until 7:00pm, minutes after a trauma surgery arrived that needed to use the anesthesiologist. I had many questions about the surgery. The nurses let Dr. Christensen know and he refused to come talk to us about the surgery and instead left again. The trauma surgery ended at 9pm and Dr Christensen was no where to be found again. He finally showed up at 10:30pm. He came in for 30 seconds, ignored our questions and said that he would just take care of things and left.

Couldn't be more happy and satisfied with all aspects of Dr Christensen and staff. I credit him (and my daughters) with literally saving my life last Dec/Jan. Besides being a fine surgeon and diagnostician he is just a good honorable man

Dr. Christensen has cared for me for over 12 years. He saved my life; way back when I first started to see him, another physician had missed diagnosed my issue. I have to see him monthly because of Bladder and Urethra issues. Great Doctor & great staff.

The best indication of a good doctor is satisfaction over the long term. I have been seeing Dr. Christensen and PA Ray Miller over 6 years. I have had multiple issues and conditions. You could not ask for more professional and caring medical treatment

Dr. Christensen didn’t have the decency to come see us, and sent his PA instead. The PA was extremely unprofessional and did not help at all. Once the appointment with the PA was over, we met with Dr. Christensen in the hall, and he was also unprofessional. They were discussing a private condition that we were being seen for in front of other patients and clinic employees. We scheduled the appointment expecting a certain test that we were promised on the phone, which is also mentioned on the website. At the appointment we were told that the testing is not done here, and were sent away with a referral to another provider. We were also told that they won’t bill our insurance, and were instead charged $211.00, even though we are insured. We didn’t schedule the appointment to get a referral, and to be completely brushed off by both providers. Our family will not trust our healthcare needs to Ogden Clinic again. We were so disappointed in all aspects of service. Absolutely pathetic.

In a word ... horrible. Saw for possible prostate cancer issue. Prostate cancer treatments can cause impotency and leave a man pooping and peeing himself uncontrollably. This doctor actually had the arrogance to suggest that he didn't appreciate questions about those side effects and steps that he would take to avoid them! I could not get out of that office fast enough.

I was DESPERATELY sick, in agony, and disabled with crippling fatigue and erythromelalgia for 12 years. This Dr. noticed I had high oxalate and listened to his instincts put me on a low oxalate diet (an unusual choice these days) and my life was restored. I dont have to white knuckle through terrible agonies anymore and I can move my arms and legs and walk and soon I should be able to work. He saved me. I have had a lot of great, smart, doctors try their best, but he is the one who noticed the relevant test result and brought me back from the brink. I cannot give a high enough recommendation. His staff is excellent too, by the way. For example, his NP is stellar.
