Extremely arrogant. He does not listen at all. My entire family observed his errors and misplaced confidence. Could't recommend against more strongly.

Dr. Tyler Gress aka Dr. Detox, if you come into the hospital with any alcohol in your system then you are automatically an alcoholic and you deserve to be treated as such. He will not listen to you or give you the time of day. Even when there is medical proof that there are much bigger things going on. You ask any question about the serious stuff, all answers from Dr. Detox are about the drinking only.
