I am a middle aged, disabled Veteran with a complex medical history after multiple failed surgeries. I saw Dr Hall 3 times and each visit I thought went well. Initially, his young age gave me reservations, but opted to give him a chance.Dr. Hall rudely dismissed me without warning because of a misunderstanding with his nurse. If you do not get along with Kim you will not be allowed to stay his patient and he will not have your back or hear your side. I was always very appreciative of him and his staff, even bringing in bakery goods for his team. Very sad we are living in a disposable world.

Amazing
He did himself a favor leaving GSFM. He is so worth the drive to Maryville. Most of our family now sees him, amazing listener and works with you not against you.

Trinity medical
Dr. Hall is the best Dr I have ever had. Very caring. Takes time to listen. No rush. Spends the time needed. He recently left great smokies family medicine in Sevierville and is now with Trinity Medical in Alcoa. He is worth the extra drive.

Best doctor I have ever had
Dr Hall has been a God send to me for a year as I deal with cancer and usual age related issues. He has always listened to my concerns and together we worked on solutions to make m life better. He has gone above and beyond any doctor care I have had in 50+ years. Very easy to talk to about anything and he listens.

My daughter was there hours ago was thrown out the back door along with my mother because she had covid . Had to walk around the building in the rain .
