Excellent & Kind Doctor
Dr Hudon has been my physician for nearly 8 years. He is a great doctor who approaches my health with care and partnership; he listens and provides his recommendation and takes the time to review options with me so that we can work together for what works best for me.

Nice enough Dr. if you’re healthy and needing a general cold or check-up visit. I’m not that patient. I have cancer and Tyler’s short years of experience and insistence he didn’t need to heed the advice of my specialists proved a scary deficiency. Unable to keep up on proper lab tests to compliment visits to oncologists could have been detrimental to my health had I not been acutely aware of what tests I needed. Boise area has a plethora of fine Drs. Seek elsewhere is my advice.

If you visit this doctor for annual check up and your age is below 40, don't visit this doctor. Because this doctor will not do anything, won't recommend for any blood test if you look healthy. He can judge your health based on your look and bill the money to insurance company. If you speak a single word about any generic/common health problem, Mr. Hudon will bill it unnecessary under OV EST PT EXPANDED PROBLEM FOCUSED. I visited this doctor for annual check up and asked him 2-3 questions about common health issue (which i can search on google too). I ended up with $190.03 bill. I fought back with Primary Health and was told that i should not ask any health issues. No suggestion, No advice nothing but still i paid $190. Will never visit this doctor again.

Today I visited Dr. Hudon for the first time. A few things struck me about him-in a positive way. The first is that he knows how to have a personable conversation. He shared his concerns about my genetics and personal health in a pointed and respectful manner, which I appreciated. He set expectations about the course of action going forward and did not waste my time in doing so. Most importantly, he listened to my questions and concerns and again, was respectful and personable.

At first I was worried, he seemed so young. But, our previous doctor was moving to urgent care. Dr. Housing was very professional, he listened to my concerns regards my kids. He never forced anything on us. He made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I have no concerns about him treating my family, as I know he will listen to me, mom, who spends more time with them than anyone. And he asks questions to help find the right path. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family practitioner.

If you are sick, he will not take the time to make recommendations for you. He will leave you sick and undiagnosed without options. He is reluctant to refer to specialists or have lab work performed. You will feel like you are dealing with an insurance representative. His nurse, Jessica, comes off unpleasant and passive aggressive. I never felt as if they were advocates for me, the patient. I would not recommend him.

I saw Dr. Hudon for the first time a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor as well as his thorough assessment of my issues with insomnia. During my appointment, I felt that Dr. Hudon was engaged, present, and sincerely focused on coming up with a treatment plan. The medication we decided on has worked wonders. I am finally sleeping well for the first time in months! Thank you Dr. Hudon for improving my quality of life!
