Best primary I’ve ever had so far
I’ve only had one appointment so far but my new patient visit has been astounding. He listened to all of my concerns and spent about an hour with me which I know is hard in a practice where there’s so much going on. He treated my concerns seriously and looked at the big picture. I’m excited for this doctor to continue my care for a while.

Awful
My Dr left the practice & I switched to Dr Mork. I saw him once & left in tears. I never went back to this practice I had gone to for 11 years. I was was not listened to & he could have cared less about me. He did not read my last Drs notes, that was very obvious. I knew I would not be able to trust him with my my medical or mental health. I thank God I found a new Dr I can trust, who listens to me & is a true partner in my well-being.

Got a call today that dr Mork was no longer an Ssm Doctor. It took me forever to find a doctor I liked and trusted! Now I have to track him down or start the process all over! I don’t want any other doctor in his old office. Am very upset by this.

Like other reviewers, my Mercy doc moved and Dr. Mork was one of the physicians that she referred me to. The office is clean and convenient, if a little dated. The staff is not overwhelmingly friendly (I like being greeted / acknowledged, but I guess that's just not how they roll), his nurse (Karen) was friendly and helpful. Dr. Mork was great! Really listened, very personable, not judgmental. I felt he was thorough and made good suggestions about various issues. I am looking forward to a long patient / doctor relationship with him!

My experience was very similar to everyone here, I too lost my old doctor and she referred him but I instead went with another in her building she did not refer and after 2 visits decided to go with my old doctors referral of him and am I glad I did! He is very attentive and noticed something this other doctor I switched to did not and it was as plain as the nose on my face! Some small moles I had started to be concerned about but didn't even think to ask about! He told me exactly what they were, and spent a lot time with me! I couldn't believe the time when I left and felt bad he'd spent so much time on me, He has a very pleasant demeanor and I was concerned if I'd be comfortable having a male doctor after having a female doctor but he made me feel so comfortable that is not an issue in the least bit!

Unfortunately, my old doctor moved out of state and I had to find a new doctor, which I was not looking forward to. I had heard good reviews about Dr. Mork and he was in the Mercy network (which was a plus). I just had my first appointment and I am really pleased with my choice. Dr. Mork was very attentive, informative, and took his time. I did not feel rushed at all, which can so often be the case at dr’s appts. I felt quite comfortable talking to him. He has a very calm and pleasant demeanor. One of the most significant and meaningful things that I noticed was that he actually looked me in the eyes as we spoke (you know, like humans used to do before all of the technology), instead of staring at the computer screen and typing. That was very refreshing. I felt like he had genuine interest in what I had to say.

Dr. Mork was attentive, noted my concerns, did an effective evaluation upon treating me and referred me out to specialists the same day I met with him. Excellent care!

This was my first visit with Dr. Mork. I had been looking for a couple of years for a primary care physician and was very happy to be able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Mork was very present during my visit. He asked me lots of questions and I felt that he was listening and really took my health situation into account when we discussed my treatment and future health needs. He called me with my lab results quickly and followed up with a check up call to see how I was doing.
