Excellent doctor!
Dr Rencher is a top notch doctor. I never feel rushed. We discuss my care in partnership rather than a top-down approach. He is skilled and he is kind. Highly recommend.

Excellent Physician
I have seen Dr. Rencher for the last few years. The wait times are long, but he is well worth the wait. I know he is taking the time with other patients the same as he does with me, so I am willing to wait. I am never rushed. He listens carefully, cares, contemplates, is very smart and considers all my input. I was sorry to find out he is no longer with Dixie Primary, and I am on a mad search to find his new office. Excellent physician, a rare find.

Dr. Rencher and Dixie Primary-not effective IMHO
Dr Rencher was another of the bored doctors that I have visited over the years who are quick to talk for a few minutes and then usher you out the door. I finally went to another Internal Medicine doctor in the area who ordered more tests and has finally found the cause of my symptoms by ordering more tests than ever before and has advised me of a treatment plan. The D.O. behind his name does not mean that he treats the whole body not just the symptoms. I expect that my health would continue to decline if I kept going to Dr. Rencher and Dixie Primary Care.

Very Disappointed with recent visit to Dr. Rencher
I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment at 2:15. I arrived by 1:45 to allow plenty of time to do paperwork & some blood work prior to my wellness appointment scheduled at 2:15. One of the nurses (?) took me back to do the vitals at approx. 2:30 and put me in an exam room. I sat in that room until 3:15, without even a sole checking in to let me know that Dr. Rencher was running very behind (as usual). There was a lot of laughter amongst the staff down the hall, but no one in sight from my room to keep me updated as to when I might see the Dr. Finally, after being completely ignored the whole time, sitting and waiting in a room by myself, I quietly left the office at 3:15, an hour after my scheduled appointment. I don't think anyone even noticed I left. The staff that helped me were very pleasant, but whoever was to be attentive to long waiting periods in exam rooms, dropped the ball. And why ask a patient to arrive 15 minutes early anyway?

He is very humble, obviously intelligent and takes time listen and think about the best approach to treat your medical condition(s). He's very easy to talk with. I'm extremely impressed that he's not one to jump to prescribing yet another medication for me.

I am in St George for 6 months. I saw Dr Rencher for a follow up visit from home. He was thorough, friendly, and answered the questions I had. And as a new diabetic I had several. His staff is terrific. I was very comfortable in the office and with the doctor. I will see him again next spring for follow up or for any other concerns should they arise.
