Dr. Tyler Reynolds, MD

I am very pleased to have chosen Dr. Reynolds as my surgeon. I am disappointed he is no longer seeing patients.

He removed a lipoma last year. Excellent very comfortable with him. Tried to make an appointment though because I have a hernia repair that is deteriorating and he's no longer there. Wish I could find him

I highly recommend Dr. Tyler Reynolds. I developed a massive abdominal hernia, after I had a colon surgery with another doctor. He's a very friendly and compassionate person, and explained everything about my surgery in detail. I've had many visits with him post surgery, and not only see him as an excellent doctor, but at this point also a friend. Dr. Reynolds is everything I expect a great doctor to be, and I highly admire, and recommend him!

worst doctor ever. its been almost 4 months since my surgery and I am still having issues with infection. I never in my life delt with a doctor that was so insensitive and unaware in my life. I never saw him after surgery was in constant pain, I called and called and was brushed off by him he is not the Doctor i wanted or needed. I wish I could go back in time because i surly would have chosen a different doctor and practice and hospital . My life was in his hands and he so disappointed me EMORY should be ashamed

From the initial consultation, to surgery and post op, I had a great experience with Dr. Reynolds. He was incredibly detailed in explaining my options prior to surgery. I love it that he is so patient and reassuring, with a stellar “bedside manner”. The healing process has gone well and my scars are minimal. I am very much thankful, relieved, and pleased.

The first pleasant encounter was with a staff member named Joyce when she called to set up my appointment. I throughly enjoyed the conversation we had. When I came in and met Dr. Tyler his mild manner personality and his explanation of what was going on with my health was explained throughly. It was his so called (bedside manner ) made me feel at ease as he explained my condition. I’ve had to also come back for another health issue that requires him to do a procedure. I’m confident Dr Reynolds has my best interest in helping me restore my health back to were I can feel better. I’ll be back after surgery for review on how it went.

Dr Tyler Reynolds is a true angel on earth! This man saved my life! The hernia came out of nowhere and was one of the hardest times of my life. Tyler completed a triple hernia surgery on me in 2018, and did a fantastic job! I spent weeks looking for a experienced surgeon with no luck until a friend recommended a surgeon in his office. After I read Tyler's background, I made an appointment and decision to go with him for my surgery. He answered all my questions before and after surgery and is a true professional. I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Reynolds was my surgeon for recent outpatient surgery at Emory Decatur Hospital. He is a highly skilled professional who is comfortable with using various surgical techniques as needed for the situation. He was patient in answering my questions and promptly posted the surgical report to the hospital portal. The robotic technique he used has made healing easier than the surgery I had several years ago. I am glad I chose him for my surgery.

My visit went great. Better than my initial visit my surgery went AWESOME. I am so pleased with the work dr reynolds performed. My healing process was a breeze and barely any scars. I have not been sick since. I am so pleased ??!!!!!!!!!!!

dr. reynolds originally did my surgery when i met him in the hospital. he was very informative but also seems to have a sense of humor that put me at ease. Months later i started experiencing issues that i was having before surgery and i made an appointment with him because he seems to be the only doctor around that actually cared. I cried in his office that if he doesnt help me, no one will and ill live my life in pain and be done searching for a doctor. He referred me to someone for testing/ procedures and requested that i come back in 6 weeks to discuss the results. im confident that he will figure out whats going on or atleast put me in contact with other doctors that can. If i ever have to have surgery again, this is the doctor that im going to. in 5 years, he is the only one to listen and not make me feel like im delusional. Hopefully one day i will wake up without stomach pain. I love dr. Reynolds.

A breast biopsy is a very scary thing for an adult just imagine if you are 17yrs old. Dr. Reynolds explained the procedure in detail. My mind was at ease with him being my granddaughter doctor. I wanna thank him so much

My first visit with Dr. Reynolds was on time and informative. The next three appointments with Dr. Reynolds resulted in my waiting 2 hrs each visit. I was prepped for a biopsy and waited 2 hrs for him to arrive. I went to his office for results and waited 2 hrs. My last experience was in the hospital waiting for surgery; late again over 2 hrs. I had the medical staff pull the IV. I've never received an apology from him or his staff. I can not depend on him for surgery if he takes this approach. I reported this behavior to my primary who made the original recommendation. Don't attach your name to this person, he appears to be chasing the money by overbooking. The quality of work is in question if you are always running late; It appears making more money is more important.

The staff were kind and helpful, but over an hour and a half later after my initial appointment time (I was on time) Finally just had to get up and leave without ever seeing the Dr. I think it was an honest mishap and assumedly the man who was Dr. Reynolds (never met them) was apologetic as I was on my way out, but I felt at that point any interaction I would have with this office would be rushed and that's not how I want to start out when discussing surgery. Maybe too busy for more patients.

Dr Reynolds is very professional and courteous to his patients. This is my second surgery with him and he was able to get me in very fast. He explains all things to you in an understandable way. Have a very nice bedside manner. I just think he is excellent.

I had two amazing experiences with Dr. Reynolds. Extremely thorough, informative, and thoughtful. He’s an excellent surgeon and cares about the comfort of his patients. He took a lot of time to explain the whole procedure and make me feel comfortable before he began. Dr. Reynolds was patient and giving with his time. He couldn’t have been nicer to squeeze me in last minute before I left the country. He went above and beyond every time I met with him. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Reynolds. I met him when I was admitted to the ER earlier this summer. The diagnosis process was very unclear. He wasn't quite sure what the issue was and that concerned me. I had to make a couple of unplanned visits to his office because of pain. He seemed very unmoved by situation and uncaring. Ultimately, his bedside manner needs to be adjusted. I am sure that he is very experienced in his field but there lacked a "human" connection.

I had out-patient surgery twice with Dr. Reynolds. I was extremely pleased with every aspect. He did an excellent job, took care to explain procedures, listened to me, and answered my questions. He spent as much time with me as needed. He was both professional and likeable. I trust him, would absolutely go to him again, and would recommend him to others. The staff was very welcoming and helped to make the entire experience a pleasant one.
