i was referred by a former PCP who no longer took my insurance, recommended to have a follow up cervical exam due to abnormal result. Dr. Francis refused to provide this care, which was routine and should have been well within the scope of her practice. This was an initial visit after being assigned Dr. Francis as a PCP. My first visit to the practice, Dr. Francis was unavailable so I saw the PA, very competent but declined to perform routine cervical exam so needed to reschedule with Dr. Francis. Was referred to gynecology practice across town for a routine screening (PAP)

Excellent
My first visit with Dr Francis was April 2023-I have did my research and I was more than satisfied-She has the best bedside manner, she listens to you and not just push meds on you like some of these doctors.

I see Dr Francis at Wilford Hall on JBSA Lackland. She is understanding and listens to what you have to say. She really cares about her patients! She is really good about reviewing test results very thoroughly and gets back to you quickly.
