Aside from the fact that the waiting room is filthy, dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty furniture, etc. This provider skipped 2 teleconference appointments in a row because they were 'too busy' after referring me to specialists who are no longer accepting patients. The office manager who is also the doctors wife was verbally abusive on the phone when I explained that I needed care and would not be able to continue coming there if they cannot keep their appointments. She was disgustingly rude and unprofessional and when I mentioned her one and two star reviews she proceeded to ask me where I worked because she wanted to leave me negative reviews and followed it up with 'don't you worry about my reviews'. She then scheduled an in person appointment for me at 4:30pm to which I showed up. This was now my 3rd missed appointment in over 2 months trying to be seen. When I contacted the insurance company they said that an investigation would be lodged and escalated as that was not the case. Since then, the same office manager has hung up on me 3 times not trying to get my medical records that came back from the blood work she charged me for. Don't waste your time with this clinic.

Dr. Mishra, is a very upstanding and professional doctor, he has taken care of my wife and me for over 20 years he is congenial and always willing to listen to our problems, he has saved my life more than once by referring me to specific specialists when serious health problems would arise, the whole staff at the Sunshine State Medical Clinic has always been professional and helpful in taking care of me and mine .. Norm Douglas and Family.

This is the best place to be taken care of. I get the perfect attention for all my needs. I also bring my son who is special needs and they handle him so good to aid him on all his health needs.we are so happy to have this doctor. Dr Mishra as our family doctor.you can't get any better.

Dr. Mishra himself is great, his WIFE is ridiculous and horrible!!! She accesses your files with all of your personal information and in front of other patients starts yelling at you about your prescriptions. She charged my insurance twice for one visit and tried to charge me twice as well. She is absolutely the worst in customer service and care. She doesn't care about anything but money. She is not a Dr. and literally went thru my file telling me that I take to many prescriptions. In turn I said it is none of your business what I take, she responded with calling me a pill head!!!! this woman is nasty, rude, and inappropriate!!!! The dr. that I was dealing with that day even told her it is none of her business what is in my file as she continued to read thru it. And then told me she wouldn't send all of my medication in because I need to make another appointment for half of the medicines that the dr. just wrote the prescription for. Worst office ever due to the wife who isn't a doctor

I like Dr. Mishra,I think he is a good doctor.Does he have an attitude?YES. Does he have a staff that is quite rude and disrespectful?YES.Is his wife just absolutely unbelievable?I can't find words to explain how I feel about her.All that;I can deal with.It's the total incompetence that lives in that office that burns me.What else can I say?

Dr. Mishra is a very kind doctor that will spend the time with you if you need it. He has always answered my questions to my satisfaction. I've been going to his office over 15 years. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Absolutely terrible. His wife manages the office and she is unprofessional, overbearing, arrogant and controlling. Run. Don't Walk to another doctor. I'm sorry I could not give less than 1 star

DON'T GO THERE. He runs tests not necessary charges your insurance Top dollar. Than you find out you owe $2000 for what insurance didn't cover. I was mad. His wife is office manager. She still has my prescription for Anxiety won't give me until I pay the$2000 or i cant make another appointment to talkI to DR. Stay away.

I found dr. Mishra to be very thorough and truly concerned in trying to help me. it is nice to have a doctor that is willing to take the time to sit and talk with you.

Most unprofessional office I've ever been to in my life. Never have I arrived at a appointment time and been seen sooner than 45 minutes. The geniuses that schedule appointments find it ok to schedule you for a time where all the nurses are on lunch, so you sit for 30 minutes waiting to be screened, and then after the screening, they inform you that doctor just took lunch so you will be waiting another 30 minutes at least. Be prepared to wait a literal hour to be seen by a doctor for 5 minutes

Dr. Mishra is a pill pusher. He doesn't listen, rushes through your visits & is rude to patients & staff but not his totally unprofessional, obnoxious wife. His plan of action in treating me was to control symptoms but never trying to cure the disease. Only your PCP can do referrals with my ins., when he wouldn’t do a referral requested by one of my specialist I found a new Dr. He and She Mishra need to learn and start practicing "The Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated".

its all about his wife being disrespectfull and just walking in the room when the doctor is in with you she told me that she could come in any room because she was office manager I told her that's rude and disrespectfull and another new nurse was in the room when she done this and when mishras wife walked out she said that's not right and that's not what they teach you in nurses school ive always liked dr Mishra but his wife mad me pay money I don't owe them or she was going to cut my scrip
