Dr. Ujwala Iyyunni, MD

I love love love Dr ayuni because she listens to me and cares deeply for my well-being! She also knows about natural treatments in addition to Medical prescriptions and that really sold me on her! To be specific, she recommended ashwagandha for stress anxiety Etc as I did not want to go on the usual medication for that and it's working nicely!

Dr. Iyyunni does not check the clock; she takes as much time as she needs to make sure I am fully examined, review all tests/reports and she gives me her full attention. If I have to wait longer to see her, I don't mind because I know she is giving her undivided attention to the patient ahead of me. I feel so blessed to have found her.

I have been with Dr Iyyunni for 20 years. I will be 90 this year. Her expertise and interest in medicine is rare. I wouldn’t be here except for her caring and knowledge

We moved to Florida two years ago and needed a primary physician. So using our insurance list of providers, we chose Dr. Iyyunni. I made my first appointment where she spend almost an hour with me. Her detailed and engaging conversation with me was just amazingly refreshing as I was used to having 5-10 minutes with a physician who spent most of the time looking at the computer and making entries. Dr. Iyyunni spent most of the time looking directly and conversing with me on all aspects of my life. Very refreshing. She ordered labs to have a baseline with me where she found that I had a condition that should have been found out by my previous physician but never was. She personally picked up the phone and called a specialist while she ordered more tests. If Dr. Iyyunni was not detailed in her work, the condition I have would probably be discovered when it's too late to make interventions. I am so so happy that I found Dr. Iyyunni and definitely and highly recommend her.

We have been patients of Dr. Iyyunni for over three years. As seniors we sometimes opt to change our Medicare plans however, we insist that our primary care physician MUST be Dr. Iyyunni! No matter what bells and whistles they claim they will provide us with ... if we cannot have Dr. Iyyunni as our Primary Care Physician then it a "No Go". She is a rarity these days as far as her practice goes. Highly knowledgeable about medicines as well as nutrition, diet and exercise. Compassionate, thorough, and takes time to listen.

Dr Iyyunni is a Brilliant, compasinste Dr. Her abilities and knowledge are uncanny. This is a Dr you want on your side. She has been so on for my medical treatment she protects me from myself. I have many years and several family members I have been caretaker for.
