Dr. Khetarpal made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. His whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s been three weeks since my procedure and I can breathe better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Dr. Khetarpal to anyone needing his services.

I have went to many doctors before Dr. Khetarpal because I had sinus issues that needed to be treated, but could not be treated successfully for different reasons. However, when I found Doctor Khetarpal I would say he saved my life from all those congestions, stuffy nose, and sinus problems that I was dealing with. I have seen many allergy doctors in Houston but Dr Khetarpal is the absolute best. He treated my issues as unique and not like it was a process that everyone goes through. I ended up getting the surgery and I was handled with the best care. He is extremely knowledgable and takes pride in what he does. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I'm a patient of Dr. Khetarpal. I originally went to him for allergies and ear problems. He discovered I had a deviated septum and performed surgery. I had no idea my breathing was that restricted. That surgery resulted in a dramatic improvement in my quality of life. He is also the first doctor willing to pursue the cause of some ear and hearing issues.

Dr. Khetarpal has treated my sinus over the last 3 months. Takes his time and doesn't waste your time. More conservative, with his approach and not over medicate. Surgery last week has turned out as expected from Dr. Khetarpal. Recovery is going quite well.

I highly recommend Doctor Khetarpal. He is an outstanding Professional Surgeon/Otolaryngology with the utmost integrity and compassion for his patients. I've been a patient of his for over a year now and he has performed a parathyroidectomy on me due to hyperparathyroidism. He successfully removed the adenoma and abnormal parathyroid. I was also suffering from chronic sinusitis for over a year and after a few treatments that didn't work, he recommended a balloon sinuplasty with turbinate reduction which was a success. I can really breathe and smell better now. I do not want to forget his amazing staff, with exceptional customer service that I have not come across anywhere else. It was an excellent surgery to remove all the polyps and pacient treatment and care outstanding; even during this pandemic time with all the necessary safety protocols. Dr. Kheterpal was straight to the point and very trustworthy. I really recommend this institute.

Dr. Khetarpal (Dr. K) & all of his staff are EXCELLENT! The absolute BEST care I have ever received for my daughter. She is 19 & was so sick she was crying to go to the Hospital before being referred by Primary Doc to Dr. K. Her throat was swollen with puss pockets, gums and mouth swelling, blisters in mouth and on lips. He numbed her nose and went in with a scope right there in the chair to take a look into sinuses, throat and airway. It wasn't bad for her at all due to the numbing spray. She had a rare sickness mostly found in children & rarely adults. He did his research & found out what it was. Dr. K got her high fever under control right away w/Steroid, antibiotic and Anti-Viral oral & topical med. Sent her to lab for blood work straight from her first visit. Previously she had been to the Primary doctor "three times" w/few different antibiotics/treatments to no avail until... Dr. K & staff! He kept her out of Hospital. (Scary w/COVID concerns & not able to see her if admitted)

I saw Dr. Khetarpal for severe throat pain - he was able to see me same day. He was very caring and provided excellent care/service. I also did not have to wait at all for my appointment, which I appreciated.

Best doctor I have ever had

Seems to listen to patients concerns and performs extensive testing to diagnosis the problem before recommending treatment. I have seen him three or four times in his office and waiting time is about usual, 30 or less minutes.

Very pleased with service. Fully informed about CT scan and about Dr Khetarpal's PIVA balloon sinuplasty. Excellent results from surgery without much pain. Had nasal congestion for about a week after surgery, expected from turbinate reduction. Would recommend Dr Khetarpal very highly. No more headaches, no more sinus pressure or breathing difficulty and my fatigue is all gone. I am working out a lot more now. Feel like a new man.
