With Dr. Ferguson you never know what you are going to get. Never the same doctor twice. I saw someone I have never seen before and will never see again. Time for Rx renewals. Need labs before next time. This was a telehealth appointment. Lab orders had to be sent to Quest. Were they?Ohh no. Made my appointment at Quest, sat forever and when I finally got called in, nothing. 47 phone calls later, I finally got through to someone, who simply said 'you've reached the wrong department.' And that was it. No offer of help. No attempt to find someone who could help, just said that and stopped talking. 58th phone call, reached someone who did find a medical assistant, who hung up on me after saying she would take care of it. Did she? no idea. it should have been done months ago. There are worse in Vegas, but not by much.
