poor communication and lack of attention
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Urte Zableckas due to poor communication and lack of attention to my concerns. Despite scheduling an appointment, I had to wait over an hour. When I finally saw her, she spent less than five minutes with me and dismissed my concerns without explanation. I left feeling unheard and without a clear treatment plan.

Negative 0 star experience
I went for a wellness check with her just to check my wellness (and got a flu vaccine suggested by them), yet I was charged for two visits—one for the wellness check and another for an 'office visit,“ on the same appointment same day. Additionally, I found she was inpatient and unprofessional, which further contributed to my negative experience.

Extremely helpful
DrZ was very compassionate, considerate & well schooled about my issues. She helped me figure out some things to try and wants to see me back in 3 to 4 weeks. Was very very glad to meet her and see her as a New video patient.
