This office still requires you wear a mask if you are out of state in the last 7 days. My profession requires me to be out of state 5 days a week. I find this out 1 day prior to appt. after waiting 2 months to get in. None of my other dr offices in this area require it anymore. I was immediately accommodated by another specialist..no mask required.

BEWARE
(BEWARE) I was in the office for 2 hours for my first visit and 2 hours for a lab follow up. It's a complete waste of time. The first visit she seems to care and the next visit, forget it! COMPLETE WASTE OF 4 HOURS!

Misdiagnoses. Then, pulls back on the med she prescribed a month earlier. Charts, but is unable to assess what she charts to an actual diagnosis. Some percent of this is due to her having to large a patient load, leading to Mistakes.

I am very happy with Dr Chandrahasa and her office. Office staff have always been kind and efficient. Dr Chandrahasa takes the time to listen, is caring and understands it’s frustrating for a patient when they have been sick for years and have been sent around seeing every specialist with no diagnosis. I’m grateful for her patience. My diagnosis did not apply to her speciality, so I was discharged. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I was told to be 30 min. Early to the visit and be prepared for a 2 hour consultation with the doctor bc she was VERY THUROUGH. Well, I sat around for 2 hours and finally it wasn't until I told them I was upset Dr Chandrashasa came in the office and then dismissed my complaint and became to the point and indignant that I felt like the time I'm giving her was not being utilized well. The whole process only took 30 min. She's stacking her books to make sure she always has someone in the waiting room.

We’re in Covid times, so because of so many patients already having breathing issues, we wait outside and then temp checked. I waited approximately 10 minutes past my appointment time. The nurse took me immediately to a room and took the basics. I then saw Dr Chandrahasa. She was patiently listening to my history. Honestly she was so open, I could given her more! She took a very comprehensive history and I believe we are working together towards a resolution of my health problems. Check-out was quick, along with making next appointment and the ladies were friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr Chandrahasa office for anyone who needs a Allergist or Immunologist.

Dr spent almost 2 hrs with me, explained every line of my lab work and what lab work meant to my body. We reached a plan of action and at this time I am working closely with nurse Angie and Dr.C. Finally I know why I feel so bad. Dr C has given me hope that I will feel better and can once again enjoy my “golden years “.

I had an appointment with Dr Usha as referral for my sever allergy case, been waiting on it for over 4 weeks, I was denied from seeing the doctor because I done covid19 test 5 days before the appointment despite the fact the result were negative as I showed the nurses. They toke my body temperature by the outside door before I get in also showing no symptoms as I explained to here that all the symptoms I had is sneezing & runny nose. Despite all the information regarding the covid19 test and results was submitted by the portal when I confirmed the appointment by texting. They kick me out without any rescheduling or anything. Worst services ever rude nurses, they are not polit h patients waiting out side in the heat for 10 to 15 minutes till I e of the nurses come out.

Recently I was referred to this doctor by my family physician for breathing issues. On the day of my appointment I waited, in what appeared to be, an empty office for about an hour and one-half. I waited patiently because of the Covid-19 pandemic and my concern for my health. When I was finally able to see the doctor she was very good at explaining my diagnosis and she patiently answer my questions. She prescribed an inhaler for me and had a staff member come in and demonstrate how to use it. The problem started when I was informed that my Medicare Supplemental would only pay for the initial prescription and after that I would either have to pay for it myself or take another medicine. Sadly, the medicine she prescribed work miraculously. I filed an appeal to my insurance provider and they faxed documents to the doctor's office 3 times in an effort to get information from the doctor to either grant or deny my appeal. The doctor's office never responded to the fax. Appeal Denied

Wow. I wish I could give zero rating. This doctor must have some serious control issues that rolls down to her staff. I am an existing patient. I haven’t seen her in a year and 10 months. I am having a lot of allergy problems again and needed help. I called to make an appointment and was asked what all my symptoms were, then put on hold for several minutes. When the woman came back on the phone, she rudely told me that I should have followed up after my first visit and I had to go back to my primary care doctor first and be referred. They were treating me as if I was a new patient. I said it would be a waste of time, and I needed help now. She said I had to re-establish myself as if I was a new patient. Ridiculous. I am being punished for not making a follow up appointment almost two years ago. A doctor is supposed to be there for you in bad times and I am the customer! She is not my employer but I was basically fired. Honestly I’m glad it happened. Hopefully this helps others.

Dr. Chandrahasa is by far the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to see. After bouncing around to doctor after doctor after doctor, including the reknown Mayo Clinic, I had more questions than answers. I had mostly been brushed off by most doctors due to my young age. However, she actually listened to me and was able to set up a treatment plan for me even though the cause of my symptoms was due to my endocrine system and not the “diagnosed allergies”. I recommend to any and everyone.

At the last visit I had I told her that I didn't feel any better than the first time I visited. This was 6 or 8 weeks later. She prescribe several hundred dollars worth of medicines that were ineffective. The second visit, she had me do a breathing treatment to get a baseline as to where I was at. After I told her I didn't feel any better, I would have thought she would have done another test to compare. She didn't. She told the receptionist I didn't need to come back.

I try to be as positive as I can when leaving reviews because of the importance for others. In this instance, I would give this doctor a 0. The worst experience in my 70 years. I waited nearly two hours, and when I mentioned that to her, and that no one came in to tell me anything, 'rude' is the mildest expression I can use - no comment except to say, "That's out policy." The initial aide was kind, all others terrible. She was indifferent, cold, terse and unhelpful. Zero recommendation.

Dr. Chandrahasa is the most caring doctor I have ever visited. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to try and find the root cause of symptoms rather than just treat the symptoms with a plethora of medications! She is quite popular and as a result you may not get your appointment as soon as you want it.

I waited 2 hours to see the physician. After 30 minutes of waiting, the front office could not tell me why she was running late. Later on, her assistant told me that she was delayed because she takes time with her patients. She came in, started barking questions at me without waiting for my answers, questioned each of my answers and insulted me since my answers were "cave days" answers. She spent barely 15 minutes! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL
