Entire staff are very competent and knowledgeable. My husband and I both see the Doctor as well as NP when follow up appointments. This one of the best Dr we have ever seen.

This doctor focusing on senior care is terrible. When a patient is COVID positive with decreased oxygen levels, he refused to assist with securing infusion therapy which can be life saving. His demeanor is insulting, harsh, border lining negligent. I would not ever refer any human much less a senior citizen be in his care. Narcissistic ego is not a positive trait for any healthcare professional!

I LOVE Dr Yukio! From our first meeting. I felt he was kind, caring person. The type of person you want to speak to when you have a problem. He listens and doesn't inturrupt. He won't judge you. He is a HEALER. ?

0 chance of referring Mr Yukio (doesn't deserve title of Dr if he doesn't care about his patients). I had 10/10 pain with increasing damage from nerves being eaten up by my white blood cells. Imagine pain (and irreversible nerve damage) of protective layer around all nerves in entire body being eaten up... that's Guillain-Barre! He ignored my several phone calls, pleas for help to put me in the hospital to get help w/ figuring out this illness to end pain. Now I'm stuck w/pain forever

He calms your fears, (if any) and seems to genuinely care what you tell or ask him, then explains in layman's terms so I understand. Suggests follow-up tests and exams when needed. I'm sure a lot depends on the patient too. I am very outgoing and always asks him about his small Son. We have comfortable patient doctor relationship. I can ask him whatever I need to. I am honest with him about my life style.

All those one stars are too high for him. If you need medical care go to urgent care and pay the $25 co-pay. Many times my pharmacy faxes in a prescription refill and gets no answer and I end up going directly to United Healthcare to get things done, they are more responsive than Southwest Medical. Dr. Yukio sucks, Southwest Medical sucks.

I was warned about going to see him by someone else, I went anyways because he took over my primary Dr patience when she left. he is horrible. he spoke down to me and made me fight to get a referral for a second opinion. he spends little to no time with you or listening to you and a follow up was a nightmare to schedule. not worth the effort, I'm changing my primary and hope to never deal with him again.
