Dr. Uzma Syeda, MD

Dr Syeda, is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. She changed my mothers life, allowing her to return to her very social and busy self. She new exactly by looking at her blood work what my mom was suffering from and how she could give her the relief we looked for, for many months. God bless you and your staff for their professionalize empathy and kindness.

I was seeing Kimberly, she was outstanding, very professional. Since then I have seen 2 other Doctors,. Dr. Syeda was not compassionate she was focused on training someone did not listen to me. Prescribed medicine without looking at my bloodwork. When she was done just walked out. I had no clue if I was to leave or wait for my prescription. I finally asked the person at the desk.

Dr Syeda denoised my condition after a year and a half of visiting doctors. She was very good and took her time to explain my issue in terms I can understand.

Dr. Syeda explains conditions and offers options. She uses other experts when applicable.

I am a new patient and contacted Dr. Syeda's office to set up an appointment. I cannot attest to Dr. Syeda's care because their office is absolutely unresponsive and I never got past one phone conversation. Basically, I left multiple messages on several different days and nobody ever called back. During the one time someone picked up, receptionist told me it's the responsibility of the patient to deliver medical records to them before they can even schedule an appointment for me. What??? Having no luck with my previous Healthcare provider, I sent a hard copy I had from my rheumatology visits along with lab results. And I attached a note telling them to call me to set up an appointment. I heard absolutely nothing from their office. Even after a couple of follow up messages on my part. I can't even get a foot in the door, so don't even waste your time on expecting any kind of decent care.

LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!! When I started my journey with GRC I was seeing Kimberly, I truly admired her, and her medical care was outstanding, very professional. She left GRC and my care was transferred to Dr. Syeda, OMG talk about a disaster in epic proportions, it started from the time my butt hit the chair. I have never met such a dismissive, crude, dishonest doctor in my 45 years of bliss on this earth. From her lack of understanding the needs of her patients, to giving off the wall diagnosis that makes no sense, she had me going in circles like some kind of farm animal. I'm telling you, you would be better off having Joe the Plumber give you some medical advice with his sketch pen and a piece of toilet paper than to trust Dr. Syeda with one ounce of medical care. The office staff are a worthless bunch of liars and incompetent morons. Don't get me wrong there were a few staff members that were helpful and some I really appreciated. Everything about GRC has exceeded my expectations! Dr Syeda was compassionate and knowledgeable on our teleconference call prior to the on-site visit. Nurse Erica always makes me feel she’s genuinely concerned when calling to discuss my difficult situation. The kind person who works with me on scheduling is also friendly and helpful. When I went into the clinic for a physical exam with PA Kimberly Windisch, Erica immediately put me at ease. Then with her knowledge, experience, and dedication, PA Kimberly gave me hope. Kimberly and Erica understood exactly what I’ve been going through. Along with Dr Syeda, this team is precisely what I need to save and improve my life. Also...This was on a Monday morning and everyone was cheerful! The check-in from my phone and inside was effortless. The clinic was clean with all possible protection measures in place. Obamacare at it’s finest!!!

Dr. Syeda is everything you want in a physician. She is kind, compassionate, and brilliant. She is relentless in her pursuit to find answers for your medical issues, so that you can have the best quality of life. She is an excellent listener and gives you 100% of her time and attention. I have seen many doctors due to my medical issues and she is by far one of the best. I trust her completely and I am grateful for her excellent care.

Dr Syeda was wonderful. She was so understanding about our concerns for our mother. She listened and helped us do what was best for mom. Obviously very intelligent-would highly recommend.

Overall I had a good experience. She went over all my medications. The wait was over 30 minutes but definitely better than what I have experienced previously. I did not feel rushed at all. Very nice personality and felt at ease.

My first visit was scheduled for the first visit of the day, at 8:00. I arrived a little before 8:00 and when I walked in, all of the lights in the office except for the front desk were off. I sat in the waiting room until 8:50 and was the only patient the entire time before the nurse came and took me back to the exam room. In that room I sat until 9:20 before Dr. Syeda came in. When she came in, she never apologized or acknowledged the fact that she kept me waiting for an hour and twenty minutes. As soon as she walked in, she didn't introduce herself and started talking to me from a DIFFERENT patients chart....THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SEEING HER. Dr. Syeda started discussing how she placed me on such and such medication the last time I was there and wanted to know how it was working. She refused to listen to anything I had to say and I will NOT be seeing her again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SEEING THIS DOCTOR. She's not concerned at all with her patients. Bedside manner sucks.

The staff Is helpful and the Dr. Is amazing.

unfortunately as of today youve lost 3 patients ..i will not be going back until you loose the girl in the front the ma tried to help her and she rolled her eyes at her how disrespectful she is not polite at no point didnt welcome us this morning i hope you find someone better

Let me start by saying that I am 5' 10" and a size 14 - the average size of many American women. I follow a vegetarian diet, and exercise regularly. I was there to check for arthritis in my knees because I haven't been able to run without pain. Dr. Syeda only focused on my weight! She used the word "obese" several times, and suggested that I get medically supervised weight loss. She even warned me that I was too old and overweight to get pregnant (I'm 36). No diagnosis or feedback on my knees.

Dr. Syeda is kind, gentle, and listens to you. I'm so thankful for the time she took to see me while I was in the hospital. I have confidence in her ongoing care.

I've been seeing doctor after doctor, trying to get someone to help me. My bloodwork is positive for all kinds of problems but no one was taking me seriously, I kept getting brushed off. My daughter, a scientist, had enough, found me a doctor and made me go try one more time and I'm very glad I did. Dr. Syeda LISTENED and is determined to help me. FINALLY, I'm getting real help. I'm grateful. I didn't find the office staff unfriendly, unlike prior reviews. Highly recommend!

The office staff is rude!!! The doctor sent me for over 4000 worth of lab work and I was sent to an out of network lab office. When we called the office they said the doctor ALWAYS prints the correct orders and that I went to the wrong place. If that's correct then the lab office they gave him directions for would have denied the orders as it was out of network. They deny any wrongdoing. DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The staff is horrible! You will end up broke!!!

This doctor is very nice, she shows genuine concern for your health. My only complaint is with her office staff, but she is still a excellent doctor.
