Dr. Uzoamaka Flake, MD

Dr. Ugo was not only very knowledgeable, and thorough but also followed through on whatever she said she would do. She was equally as patient and understanding and NEVER rushed through my appointment. She truly "listened" and answered questions, etc. unlike many physicians who have what I call an "appointment agenda" which doesn't include patient input. As well, I always felt she told me the "whole story" not just what it was thought I should know. I will truly miss her expertise as my neurologist, and her intelligent, honest, caring and forthright professionalism.

Dr Ugochukwu is an excellent physician. She was always there for me, ordered appropriate tests and pharmaceuticals as needed, and is in my opinion one of the best doctors I've ever contacted. I am still grieving that Dr Ugochukwu is no longer practicing at Augusta Health...a real loss to AH, I think. This seems to be a pattern at Augusta Health in my experience.......perhaps it's a pattern on a larger social scale, I don't know---but whenever I find a good doctor, highly skilled, they seem to move on to some other location and aren't available. Keeping the same doctor with whom a relationship has been established doesn't appear to be the new norm. Pity.

Dr. U was my brilliant, beautiful, highly intelligent neurologist during my stay at Augusta Medical Center. She is highly intellectual and I would highly recommend her!
