Dr. Vadim Petrov-Kondratov, MD

Intimidating with doctor behind 1 desk and 2 people behind a 2nd desk. Told date for procedure and little info of what to expect. Procedure only 1% effective. Next procedure to be 3 weeks. Contacted office with questions of procedure failure and medications. Assurance of return calls within 24 hours (and do not leave 2nd message) was not true. After no response, I left a 2nd message and again no response. My questions were about having another 10 days without my heart meds and the failure of the procedure. But no response. I cancelled the second appt.

I was very impressed with the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly. I enjoy speaking with Dr. Petrol. He made me feel very much at ease.

Dr. Petrov was very attentive and took the time to understand my condition. He explained my treatment options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. The friendly and professional staff made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Petrov for pain management.

He listened to every word i had to say which is great in todays times.. He was also very pleasant I really enjiyed talking to him. He was also very knowledgeable with my pain.

How he explain how and what's going to be done with my problems.

For years I had seen a Pain Management Doc at Optim but had been having issues with not getting relief for some time. After numerous inappropriate incidents with them I decided to find a new doctor.Upon meeting Dr Petrov I found out the medicine I had been on for years wasn't appropriate for the type of pain I'm on which is why I'd been struggling with not getting relief for so long. He also updated my diagnosis and made recommendations for a better medicine to hopefully alleviate my pain.I've been with Dr Petrov since he opened and I refuse to see anyone else. He and his staff actively listen to the patients, hear what they need, and genuinely care about getting them out of pain.I cannot thank them enough for everything they do and their hard work.

I was completely unaware of all of the options and choices I have with my Fibromyalgia, neuropathy, arthritis and bulging disc’s. Dr. Petrov is very professional. Asks a lot of questions about my issues. And answers all my questions. His staff are all great and very helpful. I would recommend him very highly if you have any kind pain issues.

Dr Petrov asked questions and waited patiently for me to explain my answers. He acknowledged what I was saying which let me know that he was listening. Dr Petrov provided clear explanations as to the cause of my condition and the different treatment options available to me. The use of visual aids was a plus. He didn't overwhelm me by providing too much information at once. Dr Petrov has a pleasant personality which is not always evident with some medical professionals.

Dr Petrov was very kind and respectful. On my very first visit, he pointed out my problem in my back. Previous doctors would say, you just have a lot of arthritis and let it go at that. Which I do, I’m 70 y/o. Finally someone that won’t just dismiss me because of my age. Dr Petrov explained the cause of the pain and the solution.

Everybody is very helpful and friendly. Doctor takes the time to listen and explain things.

I admit I was a little apprehensive since, moving to Georgia from Pennsylvania, I have had very little luck at finding doctors who met my medical needs. I felt instantly at ease with Dr Petrov and found him to be both pleasant and professional. He definitely seemed more knowledgeable and willing to address my many health problems and concerns. I left his office feeling very relieved and hopeful that I found a doctor who seemed to care about his patients and the pain they are in. He’s professional and treats you with respect, he explains how he can help with your conditions and discusses a plan to treat them. He has helped me tremendously. Everyone in his office has been very professional and kind.

The injections this Dr gives work. Not just sometimes. I've had only the best treatment from everyone in this office.

Really long wait to be seen. Waiting Room was overfull. No chairs available. Dr. Petrov is very pleasant and had a good understanding of my problem and possible fixes.

I was highly recommended by my doctor and I see why. At my initial appointment he asked about all my surgeries and my problems. He and his assistant listened and he was very detailed in explaining what is happening with my spine. He created a treatment plan we will see how it goes. He is a very knowledgeable, pleasant, understanding doctor and I am glad I am one of his patients. The wait was long. I don’t mind because all of my specialty doctors have about a 1-2 wait time until I’m actually seen. All of my team of doctors are worth the wait. Now he is apart of my “Dream Team”!

Dr Petrov is always very concerned about my well-being and listens intently to what I say. Very nice man and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a great doctor.
