Do not allow her to insert an IUD
I saw doctor Stephens due to my doctor being out of town after the birth of my daugther to have a IUD placed. I screamed and begged her to stop when she put it in because the pain was unbearable and she told me I was being dramatic and too loud. After 2 days of non-stop bleeding and pain, I ended up having emergency surgery where the IUD was found completely pushed through my uterus. I lost my ability to ever have another vaginal birth due to this woman and possibly my ability to carry a child again period. She showed no remorse for the pain I was in and belittled me when I objected to her shoving and IUD through my uterus. Stay Away.

I absolutely loved Dr Stephens!! I met her right before my delivery. She eased my mind and help comfort me before my surgery. She reassured me I was going to be fine after thinking the absolute worst. My surgery went well without complications. She even came and checked on me two days later when she wasn’t assigned to me anymore. I’m so happy the Lord blessed me with a wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor to deliver my baby.

She lacks empathy and uses fear tactics to get what she wants. Horrible bedside manner, does not conduct herself in a compassionate manner. Rude and inconsiderate. I had severe postpartum depression and night terrors because of this woman.
