Unprofessional and dismissive
Telehealth
Spoke with Dr Serban under a 3rd party telehealth app. She was the most rude, unprofessional, most disrespectful person, let along doctor, I've ever met. I came to her for a follow up care plan, needing a new medication my old doctor could not provide after being treated for over a year successfully.Dr Serban not only completely dismissed my old diagnosis (which was done with several surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and doctor observations), but she (without doing any formal testing herself) seemed totally convinced I was experiencing a different mental health condition that would require extensive treatments as opposed to just treating me for what I already had an accurate diagnosis and plan for. She was blantantly rude, she twisted my words, she dismissed me, and she had the audacity to say I 'would be back' for treatment when I stopped 'being in denial.' Advocate for yourself. Pick ANYONE else.
