Dr. Ball has treated all three of my children. They have been seen for hearing loss, and 2 of the 3 have had tubes put in, as well as adenoids and tonsils removed. I highly recommend her; our experience has been wonderful.

Shockingly Bad
She couldn't have cared less. She acted bothered I walked through her door as an adult with an ear infection. She took almost no time to diagnose my problem as a .minor outer ear infection despite recurring symptoms which indicated the problem might be more serious. Even when I went back as requested when things got worse, I ended up the same night going to a medcheck for treatment I didn't get with Dr. Ball. Not only did she mis-diagnose me, I felt as if all she wanted to do was go home. She didn't care about me at all. Even a rookie PA friend thought 'fungal infection' when she heard about my problem....and she was right. It never occurred to Dr. Ball. I was not at all impressed and felt very dismissed.

Dr. Ball did NOT wash her hands with soap and water prior to completing an intraoral exam on our 1 month old.. Additionally, she did not wear gloves during the exam, and she had her hands in our little one's mouth! I was mortified! We were there for a consultation regarding our child's lip and tongue tie, but I would never have completed the procedure in this office considering the Doctor didn't wear gloves for the consultation! She was pushing and pulling on our baby's tongue with her bare hands! I can't imagine that there would be a protocol in place for keeping instruments sterile and avoiding cross-contamination during the frenulectomy!

Saw her for less than five minutes on the first visit. She ordered a CT scan. The CT scan came back OK which is great but absolutely no follow up. After multiple calls explaining that I still have these painful symptoms was told just to go back to my family doctor. Terrible patient care. Does not care at all in helping patients or getting to the bottom of their problems. No compassion whatsoever.

I've had similar experiences as the others here with Dr. Ball and her assistant. My first visit with her took all of 5 minutes where she referred me for testing. The follow-up appointment to go over the results after the tests were completed, appointment took exactly 12 minutes from the time she walked in and walked me to the exit. I was still asking for information as she walked me to the door, she didn't seem to be bothered with me or my conditions. I will seek treatment elsewhere.

My husband, daughter, and myself have all seen Dr. Ball for about 8 years. We have always had great service from her and her staff. She is always very friendly with us, and when one of us goes in for a visit she always asks about our other family members. She has done surgery on my husband 2 times and everything went quite well. We would and have recommended her to others!

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Ball. After a scope of my neck, she told me that there was an irregularity that probably was cancer. When she looked at my chart and saw that I was self pay, she wanted to know how I would pay for the treatment and neck and head cancer treatments could be as much as 300 thousand dollars. Since my appointment was for fluid in my ear, I was in shock to say the least. Her demeanor was very cold and analytical. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I will not be recommending Dr. Ball to anyone, unfortunately. My wife was in for an issue that neither of us know anything about, and it felt like pulling teeth talking to Dr. Ball. She displayed little to no empathy, we had to repeat ourselves for her, she was not reassuring, and I have no confidence in her care, because she offered no explanation as to what the underlying illness could be. She just shrugged her shoulders and kept saying, "Well that's all we can do." Very unproductive visit.

I visited this office today and was so displeased with everything about my visit. The lack of help and information that I got from Dr. Ball was very poor. I discussed my concerns of her medical assistant in the medical assistant wrote it down but Dr. Ball only touched on one issues as she was rushing me out. I had to go back in to get her to Touch bases on the other issues I was having. Overall I was very disappointed and I will not be back nor recommend her to anyone.
