I would recommend her, but she is retiring April 1, 2024. She has been great.

She is very knowledgeable and I feel safe in her care. She is the best Philadelphia has to offer, no doubt about it. I've been in her care for over 30 years. I've never had a problem with her or her staff, the entire office is very professional. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Doctor Bossard a 10+

Dr. Bossard has been my GYN for over 23 years. She delivered my son. She knows my case history and always gives me the best advice.

I am a new patient of Dr. Bossard-GYN. I recently saw her office on my way out in passing after having lab work done at LabCorp inside the same building. I called and made an appointment, went for my appointment and really like Dr. Bossard. She is a no nonsense GYN who cares for my well being and knows what I need done as a patient. The staff have been nice as well. I’m not here to be friends with Dr. Bossard or staff but I do expect to be received cordially and in turn, show respect the way I am expected to show as well. I do recommend Dr. Bossard.

First impressions are long lasting ! Staff was very polite , waited about 10 minutes. Saw the CRNP , super informative and very patient. Wonderful experience.

Awful Experience!!! Her office staff is clueless and do not follow through. In the past two years I have had several ultra sounds and almost every time I go they do not do the referral. The last prognosis I got was a mass on my right breast. False nothing there. I am moving on she needs to get rid of Maglia she has no clue what she is saying or doing!!!

Went to Dr. Bossard’s for a procedure which included a device. Was told they had to get approval from my insurance company. After waiting close to 2 months, was told, by office mngr, Maglia, my prescription plan didn’t cover it. So I personally called my prescription plan and they said that would go through your HEALTH INS. Called my HEALTH Ins and was told it was covered 100%! So I called Maglia back to tell her my plan covered 100%. She then completely switched her story around from her original explanation that my plan didn’t cover to her office didn’t accept the amount the Insurance Company pays so therefore the patient must pay OUT OF POCKET!! Thankfully I went to another doctor and the entire procedure was paid by Health Insurance!!! Maglia was rude, lied saying my Insurance didn’t cover. Just a VERY unprofessional office!!! Made me jump through hoops only to find out the problem wasn’t with my insurance it was THEIR office policy to NOT accept the amount the insurance c

Literally the worst doctors office. Stay away! The staff is incompetent to say the least. Constant turn over of PAs. The doctor herself is rude, pushy, and lacks compassion. They take you at least 20-40 late for every appointment.

Front staff is clueless and unorganized. Constant new PAs. Office manager is unprofessional and very rude. The last straw was when I was seen for an appt under a new insurance while I made it very clear that I had a new insurance and I was assured that it was accepted and I could be seen. Then afterwards I received a bill for $500 because they actually did not accept it but told me they did! They refused to own up to their mistake and now I'm left with $500 TO PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET!

i would never send anybody to this office, the way i was treated was horrible. the front desk girls were beyond RUDE, i cant even explain. all they wanted was my money, and gave me results over the phone that should of been in person.nobody could explain what was going on with me, never got a straight answer. had a procedure done and had some questions/problems and i was told to not come in, but on the instructions they told me come in if there were problems. to all girls i would not go here.

I have been going to her office for over 15 years had surgery and everything went well, if I can't see her I see the other young lady in her office they both make you feel very comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr. Bossard for well over 15 years. I think she is very competent. I always ask to see her for my appointments and this has never been a problem. I do not see the PA. I have had surgery with her also and that went very well. I have sent friends and family to her who were liked her also.

I've always been treated well here, not many problems. Never seen the same Dr. twice. communication between me and the office is SO frustrating. I've been playing phone tag with my last Dr for almost a week now about birth control. There is literally no other way to get in touch with them. every other dr of mine has some kind of email or online system where I can directly contact THEM at both of our conveniences. Im honestly about to just go to planned parenthood for BC if I can't get through.

I've gone to Dr. Bossard for years now and so has my mother. I feel she's friendly, kind and trust worthy.

DO NOT GO TO HER! She is rude and she speaks to you in a belittling way. She also told me "if you have a problem, don't say you have a problem" indicating I don't want to pay for copay during an annual. I got charged for an annual because she told me to do blood work just because I have missed periods. She knows I have a condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and she knows I am on another med that makes me miss my period and yet tells me to get things done and charges me 10 months later.

I am so upset with how I was treated in the office when I had an appointment for my annual exam, but was denied the ability to see anyone because I had a "previous condition" and would have to pay a copay even though my annual is covered by my insurance. By the way, this "condition" was a vitamin deficiency that I didn't even want to be treated for! I just wanted to get my yearly exam done. And to top it off, one of the girls at the front desk told me I had a STD when I had a bacterial infection
