Knowledgeable, compassionate, patient
I saw Ms. Hathaway for an urgent, painful health care issue. Ms. Hathaway was simply outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and articulate. I was amazed at how much she knew about my health condition. Her diagnosis and treatment were excellent. I am now recovering and the medicine and regimen she prescribed are working great. She was also very friendly, patient and compassionate. Finally, she was very encouraging, assuring me that the condition would resolve. I really feel like she cared about me and wanted to help.
