She was kind, knowledgeable, interested in my questions, but she extended the same to my wife. She thought things thru and recommended another specialist that she thought might help with my sleep problems. They called the next day and I had an appointment with them. My wife and I really liked her and I feel very confident in her care.

Attentive, thorough and very competent!
These days medical providers tend to be more focused on watching the clock rather than their patient. Dr. Ing is an exception: she's a great listener, deep thinker re medical concerns, and very thorough. She carefully assesses her patients' symptoms, explains her diagnosis, provides valuable counsel and has great follow-through. As well, her office staff are sharp and detail-oriented. The clinic is Tops, overall!

I have had several sleep doctors over the past 18 years; Dr. Ing is by far the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and committed to dealing with whatever your particular issues are. I've only seen her twice so far but I have learned a lot and am doing so much better already!
