Drove in the snow to go to my appointment that I’ve been waiting for for SIX months only to find out that Dr. West retired and never called to cancel my appointment. Sooooooooo angry. To top it off, there isn’t even anyone to speak with to see why this happened.

I've been going to Dr. West for a number of years and find her very thorough, informative, and friendly. She answers all questions and is very encouraging. She is very busy and you need to make your next appointment before leaving the office and usually 6 months in advance, but, that is fine with me! Her staff is very nice and helpful. They always take their time to help. I highly recommend Dr. West.

Dr. West is good if you can actually contact the office. However, they only answer phone calls between 10:30-3 and often don't return messages. Even at 10:30, frequently I call and their answering service says they haven't started taking calls for the day. This makes it unpredictable when I can actually reach them and extremely difficult to make/change/cancel appointments.
